We had a great stay! The entire place was spotless, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The food was amazing beautifully presented and delicious. From the beginning to the end, this resort made us feel welcome. Clean room, amazing ocean view. Lorenzo, our butler was amazing from his customer service to informing of us different things to do and how to get to places etc. We will definitely be coming back to this resort when we go back to Puerto Vallarta!

I recently stayed at Sunset Plaza in Puerto Vallarta and had a fantastic experience. Upon arrival, I was surprised with a free room upgrade that included a private tub on the balcony - perfect for relaxing while taking in the stunning ocean view. The room itself was new, clean, and very quiet, which made for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with plenty of variety and great flavors, although the coffee didn’t quite hit the mark. That said, the staff more than made up for it with their warm and friendly service. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful setting.

Food options were great and the service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and out butler, Josue Dominguez, was so attentive and willing to help with anything. We will definitely be returning!
