My reservation was specifically made to provide a clean and comfortable environment for my party to refresh and prepare for a significant graduation ceremony, particularly after enduring a seven-hour journey. Regrettably, our experience was marred by several issues, beginning with inconsistent information provided by a staff member named Sarah regarding hotel policies. The discrepancies in the details we received caused considerable confusion and contributed negatively to our overall experience. Furthermore, the condition of our assigned room was far below acceptable standards. We encountered several concerning cleanliness and maintenance issues: * The disposal unit in the bathroom sink was emitting food debris, specifically corn, which strongly indicated a failure in plumbing maintenance or thorough cleaning. * The provided bath towels were visibly soiled, rendering them unusable and raising hygiene concerns. * Additionally, the room was permeated by a pervasive and highly unpleasant odor, which made our stay incredibly uncomfortable and hindered our ability to relax and prepare as intended. The accumulation of these issues painted a picture of a facility that is not adequately maintained. While I understand that operational challenges can arise, the fundamental aspects of cleanliness and service fell severely short of even basic expectations for a hospitality provider. Given the unfortunate circumstances and the impact these issues had on a significant occasion for us,

The car parked next to rhe fenced area was where the kid was smoking pit

Hotel is a bit dated but kept clean. Breakfast and staff were nice. Only small issue I had was I couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room - there was no “fan” setting and I would have liked the room cooler. Lack of air circulation made the room feel a little claustrophobic.

We arrived early, asked if we could park our vehicle at the hotel until check in. We were informed we could not and had to check in. We asked to check in and they informed us that we would be charged an early check in fee of 53 USD. We parked elsewhere. Hotel was extremely noisy during the evening rooms were in poor condition. Staff is completely unapproachable, never smile, and walk around with an air of apathy, discontent and disdain. They act like they can’t be bothered and would rather be elsewhere. The morning breakfast ladies are rude and lock the door about 5 minutes before 9! Completely inconvenient, especially on weekends. Breakfast could at least be until 10am. Never staying here again.
