The hotel is very well located in downtown Lancaster and close enough to Columbus and Hockinghills state park. The rooms are clean. Breakfast spread is nice and housekeeping is daily.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY WELL PREPARED AND THE SELP WAS EXCELLENT A WAFFLE CAME OUT PERFECT, EVEN WITH MY DOING! THE DAILY ROOM CLEANING AND REPAIR (CAME BACK ONE EVENING AND FOUND THE SHOWER GEL BOTTLE LAYING WHERE IT HAD FALLEN IN THE BATH TUB) REPORTED IT TO THE DESK LADY AND IT WAS REPAIRED THE NEXT DAY. THE GLUE STRIP HAD FAILED ! HAD CONTACT WITH THREE DIFFERENT LADIES AT THE COUNTER FROM CHECK IN TO CHECK OUT AND THE COMPANY MUST CARE ABOUT THEM BECAUSE ALL WERE WAY ABOVE OTHER MOTEL COUNTER STAFFS, SERVICE WITH A TRUE SMILE! IF ENOUGH OF US SURVIVE ANOTHER YEAR I WILL FLY BACK AND STAY WITH THE HAMPTON STAFF AGAIN! THANK YOU TO ALL ! I DID REPORT ANOTHER MAINTENANCE PROBLEM YOU NEED TO LOOK AT, I TOLD THE COUNTER LADY THAT I COULD HEAR A DRIP IN THE WALL WHILE SEATED ON THE TOILET AND COUNTED 10 SECONDS BETWEEN DRIPS NEAR THE CORNER WALL WHILE SEATED ON THE TOILET!
