"This was a great location for us. It was near family as well as grocery stores and restaurants and not far from a strawberry farm with a playground. There was always plenty of convenient parking as well. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with views of the water and woods."

Neighborhood was a joy to walk, some super restaurants were walk-able and neighborhood was clean and safe. The free light rail, provided access to downtown and stadium and museums.
