It is what it is for the price which I had no problem with, out dated a little rundown small but it was fine for where we needed, Just somewhere to sleep. my issue is when the front desk lied to me!! I made reservation through Expedia 10 minutes prior to arrive you to the location by my own mistake. I hit the wrong date that we needed as I explained this to the front desk he assured me that he would cancel and refund for the night that I accidentally reserved, which would’ve been 48 hours prior to the date of my mistakenly reservation .. as I continued to book with him directly for the current night. The young man at the front desk continued to make me feel confident that he understood the situation and that I could cancel it anytime not to worry I then called Expedia explained to them the situation they as well confirm that they would refund my reservation after they spoke with the management, unfortunately, management denied Expedia‘s request to refund my credit card and continue to charge the full amount.. so this is just a lesson learned not to trust the front desk management by taking their word.. please make sure you check all dates and times so you do not have the same issues that I had I would not return to this property.. there are similar properties at similar prices within the area..

Dingy property. No one is at the front office when you arrive at 6:03pm in the evening. Had to call a number to have someone come check me in. Thought I was getting a deal, room was listed for $41, with taxes and fees, $50.72, then I was REQUIRED to pay an extra $10 for insurance on a stay that was non-refundable, totaling $59.74. Paid that online. After someone showed up to check me in, no uniform or name badge, charged me an additional $75 deposit that won’t be released for 2 days after check out, and it was listed as a pet friendly property, only it was an EXTRA $250 NON - REFUNDABLE fee per pet …. The room was below pair in cleanliness, small shower, bed peaked up in the middle (so careful how you sleep or you will roll out) and smelled awful of bleach. Would not recommend and will never stay again. If I could get my money back I would.
