For the winter, we are 10 minutes to the Tahoe Donner downhill/world class cross-country ski areas (excellent for family and new skiers), 20 minutes to Palisades Tahoe, Northstar, Alpine Meadows, Sugar Bowl ski resorts, and 30 minutes to Reno, Nevada. We are located conveniently to nearby restaurants and shopping in Truckee.
