Everything was good, the rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, the exercise equipment needs some attention, but I did get one to work, so I was good to go, mind you, there was more equipment than most hotels have ...I was just interested in the tread mill. The breakfast was more than just continiental, it was delicious each day we were there. The bathrooms were big and roomy, if anything was needed, the front desk had more if needed. We had a wonderful time, we will revisit this location again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Extremely clean. This is our 5th stay over 5 years. It still looks new. That says a lot about the management and staff. Great job!

Tub was slick. Boyfriend fell. If your going to have a room that is overpriced then please provide adequate things in place for not slipping like a mat or some slip resistant strips.

The location was perfect. Walk across the London Bridge steps away. Walk down to the Village and beach in 5 minutes. Complete Breakfast too.

Great property and enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The cable was down all night it was a bummer. The remote was broken but it didn’t matter because TV was unavailable. Room was great and we enjoyed our stay.

First and next time
First time staying here. Check-in was easy. 3 card access entrances and centrally located elevators. Small hotel and little to no wait time when needing an elevator. Continental breakfast. Sits right at the foot of the London Bridge which made for easy walk to boat light parade.
