"Great place, good room, clean and attractive. A bit of a challenge to get into the hotel since you need codes for entry and room. Once we figured everything out it was very good. Had a great laugh, the pillow chocolates must have been there for a while, when we opened them they were grey! This is not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was quite funny. "The information for how to check in was very confusing and we were unable to get in. When we called the number, they gave us the wrong information assuming we were a different customer. Not knowing that at the moment, we received a text from them right away it was written to a different person so I was able to identify the problem for why we could not get in. We had to find a hotel at the last minute, and most hotels were sold out. Ended up paying $100 more per night at another hotel. "

"We had a 11 person group stay here for a trip up north to go skiing at Crystal and celebrate my 30th bday. We enjoyed every inch of the property and wished we could’ve stayed longer! It would be a great property to enjoy in the summer for the pool. The LA lodge had everything we needed. They even shipped me some personal belongings I accidentally left behind. Thanks LA lodge!"

"finally visited Traverse City for the first time, stayed here and enjoyed our time. It was only about 20 to 25 minutes away from downtown Traverse City. It was also a short drive to sleeping Bear dunes national Park, which was fun. Troy was very responsive to texts and emails and definitely went out of his way to make sure that our stay was comfortable and met our expectations. there was even a nice gift package with Thanksgiving cooking supplies waiting for us when we got there.
