However, the services provided by staff is extremely poor. I would not recommend that anyone stay here except you simply want to throw money away. For a hotel this expensive, you will experience the worst service imaginable. Be warned. There are other hotels, way cheaper, equally clean, bigger and still provide a more intimate, boutique feel than this place. This service is so bad that you will definitely regret staying here. Just imagine a more than 2 hr late check in after a long travel, imagine a room you booked is said to be unavailable and then becomes available all of a sudden, imagine seating at the restaurant for 45 mins before someone even attends to you, imagine asking for a menu and it takes another 30 mins to take your order. Imagine ordering for one thing and getting another. Also imagine being at the pool side for hours and no one attends to you. Now don’t ever think of having an event here. The assistant manager Mr Tony is horrible- cares more about money than your experience and memories. Am sure Mr. George meant well when he opened the hotel and wanted a certain type of experience for his guest and I think he genuinely wants his guest to get d best service.
