well i survive here all i can say, this hotel start having too much problems , the only thing i hate is when people lying and ignore their problems, you have it all here, bugs everywhere bite you or big roaches, dirty walls with conditioning start making water.. but the hotel staff have the audacity to tell me that i bring the bug with me, enough is enough i change 4 time room to get a clean one in 3 week on this hotel, sorry again if i try to be clean and protect myself from bed bug and roaches, i really try stay positive with the submarine but enough is enough, dont tell your costumer they bring bugs, and dont complain when people change room for safety.

dear guest, its true that u brought the cockroaches from your bags from your previous hotel. u have told me that u checked out from there because u saw so many cockroaches there and checked-in to our hotel.. hence, maybe the bugs and cockroaches could have be in your bags after u came here.. so, please check your bags and have a nice day :)

The accommodation was 3rd rate You had to walk past to go to the toilet or shower, only 2 toilets and 2 showers .

Still don't know why it's named "Submarine"
I stayed at Submarine Guesthouse for six days. My original plan was for 8. It is not solely at the fault of the guesthouse but also because of Kuala Lumpur being too humid and me getting sick. Right out of the train station, I had a difficult time navigating in the dark, and wound up arriving much later than expected. The owner had something of a sarcastic attitude, which was kind of off-putting. Told me I wouldn't like it because bathrooms were outside the room, rooms weren't that great and after staying a few days I'd want out. I took that as a sign. I got a room with 2 beds. I'm only one person. Internet connection was tenuous at best. Could barely connect to anything. Room had black out curtains, but the wall was angled, so the curtain fell away from the window, and light would shine in uninterrupted. You can also hear everything through the walls.Floor is covered in contact paper that was super easy to accidentally shred. Few days later, I went to the front desk, and he says, "Oh, I was worried...when people disappear, it looks bad for us." This was because I hadn't come down for the "complimentary breakfast." Thanks, but white bread and jam is not a breakfast to me, so I would go out and buy my own. Otherwise, I was just exploring KL.

The Best hotel a
I stayed in submarine guest house for 6 days, it was very clean, dorms were very good and very comfortable, the best thing about this hotel is its prime location and amenities.From there the many touristic location are just 10 minutes walking...the manager Max was very nice guy, anything you need he will help you, the breakfast was very good...If you are looking for cheap hotels/hostel, I strongly recommend you to go for it.

The staff was great. My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights he gave us maps and told us all the cool things to do and not to do. Great for the money you pay and a great guesthouse. I would stay again. Also let us pick what room we wanted

I really appreaciate Max, the hotel manager. He's so accomodating and always attend the needs of the guests. He's friendly to all and ready to extend help to all. I definitely recommend and be backbto Submarine Guesthouse.

Nice staff
The people working there were just amazing and helpful. Location is very central and easy to go around as there is a train station 2min away. Food is 30s away in the Central Market.

Ok hostel with terrible spring mattresses
Submarine is centrally located near Central Market and China Town and thus in a great location to start exploring KL. The hostel offers cheaper rates for those without a booking so try not to book if you can. The hostel and the bathrooms are clean with decent WiFi but if fully occupied trying to use the bathroom might be difficult as there are only 2 bathrooms for 7 double rooms. All said n' done Submarine is a good hostel but it's biggest downfall are the horrendous condition of the beds. Each mattress has springs poking out at you making for a very uncomfortable sleep. We changed rooms because the first room (if I remember correctly no. 7 facing the street) had a hugely uncomfortable mattress - enough that it's hard to sleep.

Average guesthouse/hostel, but good location
It's an average hostel with a good location near Central Market, Chinatown, and the metro. The staff was polite and helpful, and the bed was comfortable, but the smell of fuel made its way into the room while I was sleeping due to the windows/shutters not being fully sealed from the outdoors.

旅慣れた人には心地よい宿♪
初めて泊まりましたが、遅いチェックインにもかかわらず、オーナーは親切でスタッフも丁寧でした。安宿によくあるお客様の節度により評価が変るのは仕方ないとは思いますが、オーナー・スタッフはとても頑張っていて気持ち良いです♪　アジア圏を中心に同じ様なゲストハウスを泊まっていますが、また泊まりたいと感じる宿です！！次もお世話になりますね＾＾

交通の便の良いゲストハウス
セントラルマーケットのすぐ近く。パサール・スニ駅からも歩いて１０分以内なので移動に便利。従業員の方もフレンドリーでよかった。部屋も清潔感はある程度ある。ただベッドがキシキシいう。

セントラルマーケットに近いゲストハウス
部屋は快適ですが、夜はエアコン効き過ぎで寒いくらいです。 共用スペースでコーヒーが飲めます。 トイレとシャワーが同じで服などを置く場所が無いです。

日本から考えれば、信じられないくらいに安い。オーナーは質問すればなんでも答えてくれるのでとても助かる。ただ客室は値段相応なので期待すべきではない。しかし清潔に保たれている。総じてオススメする。

神経質には厳しい
ハウスダストアレルギーなのですが、1泊目で鼻水が止まらなくなってしまいました。おそらくベットのホコリか天井のカビかと思われます。 立地は駅からは分かりやすいものの、ホテル真下が浮浪者の寝床になっており、通過しないとホテルに入れません。夜はうめき声が1時ごろまで聞こえます。 あと、個人的にはシャワールームに小さな虫が沢山いたのがきつかったです。

Excelente custo benefício
A guest house é simples, ideal para quem quer ficar bem localizado e não espera muito conforto. A localização é excelente, perto do transporte público, da merdeka square, de vários restaurantes. Os quartos são pequenos mas confortáveis. Há uma sala onde podemos sentar e conhecer outras pessoas. A wifi funciona muito bem, inclusive nos quartos. O café da manhá é bem simples. O Max, gerente, é uma pessoa encantadora e poderá sempre te ajudar! Thanks Max!!

駅からは近い
駅からは近く、オーナーの方の人柄は良かった。客室も比較的清潔な感じだった。しかし、まずシャワー室とトイレが一体でとても狭くシャワーを浴びる気になれなかった。すこし広いシャワー室もあったが各フロアに１つだけ。朝ごはんはパンがあったが汚かった。日本人に人気とあったが、2泊の滞在中、日本人は見当たらなかった。

便利は便利だが…
近くに駅やセントラルマーケットもあり立地はよい。 従業員も愛想がいい。 しかし二段ベッドの建て付けが悪く、下の人が動くと地震の揺れのようになる。また室外機の音がうるさく耳栓は必須。 なんだか惜しい。

この値段でなら問題ないホテル
スタッフのマックスが気さくで楽しめました。また確かに日本人もたくさんいて情報交換ができると思います。もちろん他の国の人もいるのでコミュニケーションはとれますよ！施設としてはトイレが少し狭く足が窮屈でした。

評判通りの良いホテル
飲み水とか、トイレットペーパーとか、生活に必要なものを、用意してくれていて助かった。観光の行き先への相談にも乗ってくれた。泊まってる人は、半分以上日本人だったと思う。スタッフの対応が良いので、みんな優しい気持ちになれて、泊まってる人もみな良い人だったように思う。

値段の割にかなり良い
値段の割にかなり良い、というのが感想になります。一部お湯が出ないシャワーなどもありましたが、そこに関してはスタッフの方が「こことここはお湯のシャワーが出ない」と事前に教えてくれますし、部屋も古い建物を丁寧に使用しているという感じで特に嫌な気持ちにはなりませんでした。

観光地に近く交通も大変便利・食事も近く・値段も安く食べられる
スタッフの対応が大変良かった。観光地までは徒歩で見学出来る位置にありＫＬＣＣ（ツウインタワー） までわ徒歩６分ぐらいで駅に着きそこから１５分以内で到着することが出来ます。ホテル代は安く泊まれ その分観光で贅沢が出来る。高級ホテルも良いが庶民的な宿もお金にかえられないものがあると思います。

アクセス良し、居心地よし
駅からのアクセスも良く、すぐそばにはチャイナタウン、セントラルマーケットがあります。スタッフのMAXも大変親切で、居心地もよく、コストパフォーマンスの良いゲストハウスです。 宿のすぐそばのフルーツ屋では毎朝スイカを食べていました。

ロッカーは受付の中に6つくらい。 部屋は6人部屋で、自分の部屋で一日中エアコンと高速Wi-Fi使えるので引きこもれる。体の大きい店主は気さくで、「明日日本人来るよ～」とか、何かあると話してくる方。

ﾊﾟｻｰﾙｾﾆ駅から徒歩5分程度で、ｾﾝﾄﾗﾙﾏｰｹｯﾄやﾁｬｲﾅﾀｳﾝもすぐ近くの便利な場所です。空港からKLｾﾝﾄﾗﾙに着いた場合、ﾊﾟｻｰﾙｾﾆ駅は1駅です。バスで空港に行く場合、宿から5,6分歩いたところに直接空港に行くバスが出ています。 スタッフの方が凄く親切で、いろいろと気を配ってくれます。 ダブルの部屋に泊まりましたが、とても清潔です。タオルの交換を毎日してくれます。掃除も毎日してくれるようです。エアコンもかなりききます。 出入口がオートロックなので、セキュリティもしっかりしています。ただし、宿の回りに野宿している人がたくさんいるので、女性の一人旅や夜に出歩く人は気をつけた方が良いかもしれません。

安いホテルなら最高
部屋が狭くて建物全体も古い。机が部屋にない。共同の食堂兼談話室もエアコンがない。しかしバスルームは清潔でスタッフもあたたかくて親切。窓のある部屋もあり長期の滞在には最高。問題は周りが少し汚いくて食べるところが清潔感のするところが少ない。しかしこの値段なら文句がいえない。長期にもし滞在するなら考えてもいいと思っています。
