It is unique and interesting boutique hotel. The design of the interior snd exterior are probably the best. The garden for doning is exceptoinal. There were some elements that could be better but overall nice place to stay.

When I arrived on a very hot day, the hotel was like an oasis. My lovely light filled room looked out onto a shady, green courtyard (where breakfast and other meals were served).Dried apricots, raisins and walnuts were provided as a snack in my room on my arrival, which was a very welcome surprise. Hich Hotel is also in a perfect location, being right next door to the Mevlana Museum. Staff were brilliant. Super helpful with everything.

This is an utterly charming hotel! Bare bones, but comfortable, clean, welcoming and everything you would want on your visit to Mevlana. You can see the tomb from your room. The hotel is literally on the street of the tomb area. You can feel the sweetness of the ziyara right there. The beautiful patio is a perfect place to be quiet and reflect, read a book, write in your journal, or gather with your companions to enjoy the day. The staff are wonderful. The food is absolutely terrific. I know someone who did a retreat here for a longer stay and I can see why.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel has a wonderfully positive vibe. The designs and architect of the building reminds you of the old ages but everything looks clean and well maintained. The quietness and the atmosphere, in, and around the property provides an ambiance so you can enjoy your time in Konya. The front desk receptionist and other employees were super nice and polite! Their breakfast was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, great service, all around wonderful

Service was amazing, especially the older guy on late night shift. He was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel terrace is very nice, and perfect for late night Turkish Tea. The hotel actually provide a traditional local dinner, which we found out after we already had dinner. At late night, there was also a surprise service in the name of warm milk and cookie deliver to the room! The view from our room was amazing, and the room itself was the very definition of boutique. As for parking, there is a big lot near the hotel. Highly recommend for those who is looking for hotel in Konya.

Cute & quirky small hotel in an excellent walking location to many important places. Staff spoke a bit of English and were very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and served in a covered patio area. Since we happened to arrive there on a 3 day religious holiday many things were closed including all the “bazaar” area. But you could still walk around the mosque & museum. This is also the area the Whirling Dervishes are from but again because of the holiday they did not perform.

Rooms were okay, but hard to cool down with no air-conditioning. Showers were terrible. Bad flow and the temperature kept fluctuating. Location is great, but rooms are overpriced for the quality you get.

Perfect location, perfect service, lovely room

What a lovely setting, and what care the staff at the Hich took to make our experience lovely. we came to the Hich so that we could see the history, the culture, and the foundations of religion here. All of that was literally steps away. But what we did not fully expect was the beauty of this place and the care the the staff took to assure that every need was met. Our room was idyllic, we were so well cared for, and to cap our evening in Konya, warm mllk and fresh baked, warm cookies arrived in our room before bedtime, This place understands hospitality, detail, cleanliness, and service. Thank you to the Hich for making our family holiday so special.

Great location for our trip reason but extreemly unpolite staff with personal questions tottaly dissrespectful. No one able to speak english. Room with very low furnitures quality not even being commercial grade. Room door locks residential type and very unsafe. Took more than half an hour just for a shower due to water presure and not enough water available.

I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!! The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust! There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust! I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me. I almost miss my train. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Very Disappointed

Though the hotel is located right in the heart of Konya and in a very walkable area, we were really disappointed with our stay. The property was not in great condition and our room smelled terribly when we walked in. We think it was the mothballs (?) in our bathroom sink. The door to our room was very hard to close and we woke up in the morning to leaks in our bathroom and bedroom—all of the windows were leaking as well. As a result of the leaks our room lost power (though the rest of the hotel did not) and so we woke up with no lights, wifi, etc. We were so disappointed we left without sitting down to breakfast, which was included in our room price.

I have stayed in numerable properties world wide for last 40 years. I can easily rate my experience with Hitch Hotel as the worst ever. Our 3 couple friends have the same opinion. We two were given roons without AC. On our complaint Hotel staff changed our roons. Means they had the rooms but they didn't allocate in first instance. Then Air Con was not working. I took quite an effort to get the hotel staff in room to check. In shifting I forgot my Perfum in SU room. I immediately and then repeatedly brought to attention of staff but of no consequence. My room was never cleaned during my 2 nights. I repeated pointed out to administrative staff but of no consequence. There were many more frustrating monents. I will never recommend anyone to stay in Hitch Hotel, ever.
