A great hotel in a great location

I cannot fault this hotel we stayed there 7 years ago and were so impressed we returned this year and found that it had been improved even further . a wonderful place to stay and a wonderful location right on the beach. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Beautiful beachfront resort. The area outside the hotel has been hit hard by Covid, lots of shops and restaurants closed, but there still are places to eat and shop, just not as many.

Fantastic hotel in every way. The room was overlooking the ocean, the staff and the service was amazing and the hotel had every amenity you could wish for. Adults only pool was great and the pool bar service was spot on. Direct beach access and everything you needed was a short stroll away but far enough away from the crowded town. Stayed the second week in another resort and it was nowhere near as good as this one. Even had complimentary vodka, gin and whisky in the room and everything in the min bar was included, including the beer. Five star all the way, we will definitely be back. Only negative point was that the room was on the small side, but still did not distract from a great hotel in a great location.

Truly a 5* hotel!

Very nice and clean hotel which pays attention to details (such as free water all day long with refills every few minutes even at the pool, water and snacks at the gym etc.), super friendly and helpful staff, spacious room with a beautiful view (we has a Kingbed room Reserve Ocean), modern gym and very good food in its restaurants! Would definitely recommend and come again!

Second visit, and we'll be back again for sure!

Our second stay. Last time we stayed one week, and loved it so much we stayed 2 weeks this time. Really comfortable rooms, lovely big comfy beds. We stayed in the basic garden view room and it was perfectly sufficient for a couple. The gardens are gorgeous, and you can still see the ocean from the balcony. The pools are fantastic, that the food everywhere at the hotel is excellent! and the staff - are all amazing! We will be back again for sure.

The property itself is gorgeous and the staff beautiful. Adult pool needed the bar. Was strange it was at the other pool but apart from that, wonderful. Shame the beach is littered with rubbish although Centara does clean their area.

This resort was easily the best place I have ever stayed. The food, the scenery, the upkeep, and the thought put into this property is more than I could have ever hoped for. What makes this place the best thought is the staff - Kelvin, Beer, Gun, Joy, Big, Paul, Tony, and Tom Cruise all made our stay so tailored and so special. They all deserve there own vacations!! First, upon arrival to the room, we were greeted to a basket of used feminine pads. The resort apologized with a cheap bottle of wine. We also encountered dirty glasses in our room on multiple days and also at breakfast. And the air conditioning worked sometimes and at other times not. The only positive thing was the staff were very nice and tried hard. I expect the hotel to apologize for the inconvenience so that others potential guests will ignore this review and stay at the resort. But the same old tired apologies I’ve read by theses resorts are just that. More to the point, they’re b.s. And I’m sorry to have to post such a bad review. However, I spent $2500 for four nights at what was supposed to be a 5 star luxury resort. It is not luxurious and they should be ashamed of themselves. If you’re reading this and don’t want to be disappointed, please stay at the Conrad or Six Senses or some other resort.
