This place has everything ready for you to relax and enjoy the quiet views of the sea. We got a oceanfront room. It was spacious and pristinely clean. The AC was not working properly and they fix it in no time. The resort has their own app and you can do everything there. From ordering food to booking tours or request a buggy if you don’t feel like walking around the huge property. The staff was amazing and friendly. Definitely a place to recommend.

SAii Phi Phi Island Village delivered a truly brilliant stay for us! While the property is huge, the buggy service is prompt and spot-on, taking any hassle out of navigating the beautiful grounds. A major highlight was booking the trip to Maya Bay through the activities centre. The entire experience was seamless, and the staff provided truly exceptional service—it was, without a doubt, one of the best excursions we've ever taken from a hotel. For dinner, the Ruan Thai restaurant is a non-negotiable must-try. The food and atmosphere are absolutely outstanding. We were impressed with every aspect of our holiday and will definitely be returning to SAii Phi Phi!

Saii phi phi truly felt like paradise. We stayed here for 2 nights to relax. The staff were so friendly. They have 2 pools normally but 1 of them was under maintenance which was unfortunate. It made the 1 pool very busy and hard to get a lounging chair. We ate at ruan and api restaurant. Both places were great. Ruan is in the forest so there was a high chance for bug bites. The restaurant was also very far from our villa and the staff was happy to call buggy service which was such a nice treat! Getting to the resort was a bit of work and I highly recommend you wear sandals because getting on and off the long boat depended on whether or not its high or low tide. You might have to walk out further and into the water.

Very good customer service -- the property is a village -- it is huge -- but the people working there make it easy to navigate. The rooms are updated and nice -- they really try their best to cater towards their guests. I'd recommend but note that you need to take a long boat to get there that is 300 THB

There are 2 nice things about the resort, the view and the village behind. Unlike what you may think based on reviews and the price you have to pay for a stay, this is far away of being a 5 star resort. Our accommodation was old, service is ok, but not more. Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. In Asia and Thailand you can find lots of 5 star resorts with outstanding service. This is not the one to go to. Really disappointed in the hotel, we left after 1 day, instead of 4. After mentioning at the reception we are leaving the fist thing presented was a form that we refrain from restitution. In my opinion they are more concerned about the money that the experience they deliver. Do yourself a big favor and book a different resort. There are so much beautiful resorts that deliver the experience you want to have.

It’s a lovely resort with two great swimming pools—one of which is perfect for kids and they really enjoyed it. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the main island, so getting there requires a long-tail boat ride.

This is one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. From arriving and being welcomed by the extremely friendly and helpful staff, to enjoying all of the activities and restaurants that the resort has to offer, this is an absolute gem of a location. This resort has the most spectacular beach. Bungalows are beautifully traditional but modern. Service was fast. I am well travelled and this was by far the most beautiful resort I have stayed.

SAii is a stunning and beautiful resort. It was everything we wished for and I would thoroughly recommend. The whole place is so pretty, peaceful and very high standards. The food options were plenty and everything we were served was delicious. The rooms are large, well maintained and very clean . We couldn’t fault anything and are very pleased to have stayed at such a beautiful resort.

Room for improvement

Comfortable and refreshed room but majority of the hotel is a bit rough around the edges. Service is pretty non existent. Convenient to have dive center on site. Well priced.
