This house, nicknamed Casa de Christina, is a beautiful new 2 Bdrm/2 Bath home recently built in Historic Knoxville. It's located just on the edge of Downtown Knoxville, with Caswell Park right across from it. Perfectly located for exploring all Knoxville has to offer, or visiting close vacation destinations such as Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & the Great Smokey Mountains. Relax in this newly built home with all new furnishings while experiencing Historic Knoxville. Permit RES00000351.
The space
Christina (the homeowner) likes to call it Casa de Christina, as a nod to her Hispanic heritage. The proximity to downtown Knoxville and Market Square is excellent for anyone who plans to partake of the exceptional shops and eateries in historical downtown Knoxville. There is safe convenient parking StreetSide in front of the house and directly behind the house via the alley that runs behind the neighborhood homes. Casa de Christina is always professionally cleaned to COVID certified guidelines, and the certificate can be found in our guest Welcome Book. Permitted by City of Knoxville STRU Permit #RES00000351.

Everything was great! Location was only 7 minutes from the venue where the event was held. House was very clean. Quick response from owner when needed. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent communication with the host who was very responsive to my questions. Great location for Market Square, Hall of Fame and Tennessee Theater . Easy on and off major highways. Easy trip to Pigeon Forge. Very clean house. Nice set up with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. 3 day stay was very good!

House is as described. 2BR/2BA. New construction. It is located across the street from a park and only a few miles from UTK. The neighborhood is undergoing a regentrification but is in the early phase. The house next door is condemned and there is an abandoned factory building nearby. The next block over is the start of a wonderful subdivision. Directions on how to access the property was straight forward and easy. Parking was available in the back of the house. All appliances were new and worked well. We came in to see our daughter and catch the UTK football game. It was an easy drive to old town the night before the game. As it was an evening game, we drove to our daughter’s apartment and walked to the stadium from there. We did not take any Ubers so cannot speak to the cost of the rides to/from campus or the stadium. Overall a good place for A great price. We will definitely consider using this again in the future.

This property was exactly as advertised! Definitely remodeled recently. It was very nice and clean! I believe it was so newly remodeled that there was not a tv in either bedroom, but do not let that stop you from staying here! Very close to everyrhing! Definitely will stay here again!
