I like this hotel a lot. Was hoping for a room w the mini kitchen but was unable to get one due to graduation bookings. Could have used a dresser for our extended stay… But otherwise everything else was very nice as usual. Clean, very nice, breakfast was good. Coffee is always ready.

Close proximity to Knoxville Hotel itself was not the cleanest.. bathroom sink didnt drain when we first got there, which tells me bathroom wasnt cleaned peoperly to begin with.

This hotel was excellent in cleanliness and the staff was super nice! Very clean rooms and the rooms were very spacious! We went to a concert and to tour UT campus and it wasn’t too far away. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

This is only the 2nd time at La Quinta and my husband and I really liked it. Very welcoming staff, quick check in, room very clean, they only charged $25 for the dog so truly pet friendly. Coffee was good, free breakfast was excellent! We first went here because other chains started charging $75 to $125 for our dog, which is outrageous! (Expedia, the fee should be shown if a property is listed as pet friendly!) But we will stay at La Quinta even if not traveling with the dog because of how well everything went. The beds were comfy, the shower would drain properly (a pet peeve of mine) and the thermostat was easy to figure out and it worked like it was supposed to!

We were unable to check in to that location due to severe weather. We are now at your Loundin TN location. The staff here was friendly, helpful and kind A safe harbor from the storm, accommodations clean and comfortable. We are thankful for having you here for us.so the review is for the Loudin property. Close to freeway exit

The property was nice and clean however after I booked on Expedia when I got to the hotel I was told I had to pay 25.00 for my small Diabetic Alert Dog. The young man at the counter said that she did not qualify as a service animal. First I’ve never paid for a dog to stay in LaQuinta hotels and since Maggie was trained to alert us in March 2022 I have never had to pay for her to stay at any hotel. We should have been made aware of the charge before we booked on Expedia.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Properly and room were very clean. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Great option especially for the price. Easy drive to the University. Served a nice free breakfast including hot eggs, bacon and sausage as well as cereal, oatmeal yogurt. They only clean the room after you leave, but I’m sure you can request it done during your stay. Wasn’t an issue they did supply new towels upon request.
