I recently stayed at the Drury Inn in Knoxville, Tennessee, and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks were a delightful bonus, offering a variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the local attractions. Overall, I highly recommend the Drury Inn in Knoxville for its exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and allowing me to bring my furry friend🐶

We’ve stayed multiple times! A clean and friendly stop in Knoxville on the way to other things. Good breakfast offerings. Surrounding area has a lot of restaurants/grocery stores and convenient off of the interstate. The area feels safe enough but I wouldn’t leave valuables in your car.

perfect stay and clean, quiet great food and drinks and I got the room I requested and staff all were just lovely. This is the only place we will stay when travelling to and from Florida.

Comparing to others in the price range, my room at the Drury Inn was super clean and well maintained. With granite countertops and quality fixtures, we felt comfortable and pampered. Beds were very soft and clean, AC worked great (no in room noisy unit), and it was all around a great stay. Dinner and breakfast included were not necessary but a nice bonus.

The only negative thing we experienced were the pillows. My wife and I have never slept on worse. This may seem trivial, but made for a horrible night of sleep.

Our stay at Drury was one of our best stays in a hotel. The complimentary drinks in the evening were a great bonus as was the EV charger. We will look for Drury hotels when we travel from now on.

I purposely picked Drury for this stop on my trip because we’ve had really good experiences with them in the past. This place was the same. Great for a family. Rooms are spacious. Pull out bed. Nice bathroom with stand up shower. Plus a good breakfast.

The staff make the stay so much more enjoyable. They are beyond friendly. They learn your names and remember you from one day to the next. The property's cleanliness is visible. The pride they take in keeping it so is also visible. Every area- both public and private- are well maintained and kept clean. The rooms, the lobby, the eating areas, the pool are all kept immaculate.

Party of 4 - 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Loved the cocktail reception and breakfast. Spa and pool were crowded, but nice temperatures. Pool is half indoors/half outdoors which was interesting (but also meant some tree pods in the indoor pool).

Third stay at the Knoxville West Drury Inn & Suites. Very enjoyable. Great happy hour spread and drinks. Breakfast buffet was delicious & also included. Staff were exemplary!! Very nice accommodations. We will return and make Drury Inn our choice of hotel accommodations when possible.

As always, we were very pleased with our stay. The room was clean & comfortable. The free breakfast had great options & was tasty. Plenty of lighting in parking lot. Conveniently located to everything. Dining staff very friendly & helpful! Most desk staff were friendly & accommodating except for one individual who checked us in. He felt the need to make a remark about my religion that bordered on disapproval ( I was wearing a gold cross. ) I don’t understand why that was necessary but not everyone is born with intelligence I suppose. Overall, a pleasant stay for us.
