Room and hallway carpet dirty and worn. I stayed in August 2023 and the room price was $92.00. In May 2024 the same room was $215.00. Not a $200 a night hotel. I woun't be back.

The older African American woman who served us breakfast treated me and my wife (we have piercings and tattoos) vastly different than all the other guests, she was all bubbly and nice when speaking to them but when asking us questions she went completely monotone. All the rest of the staff were completley friendly and nice. Also our neighbors in the room next to us had thc vapes and it was smelling up the entire hallway.

The property was average, staff and amenities good, the rooms are old and worn. The HVAC unit was barely able to maintain room comfort. Limited breakfast menu, but the food was very good and the staff was very helpful.

The only real complaint that I had were the channel selections on the TV. A very limited selection of channels and an archaic way of selecting channels. Needs much improvement.
