We were invited to a wedding party in the area and had a room at this hotel to stay till next morning. When we got back at the hotel arround midnight, all parking spots were taken, luckily the hotel parking night security person directed us to park accross the street, in front of some stores. Thank you sir for the suggestion!

The bedsheet in my room was dirty, it looked like there had been feces on it and it was not washed well enough and shouldnt have been used. I called the front desk and told them, and they sent up clean sheets - put them in my hands and lefr me to make tge bed myself. This was highly inappropriate. Also, there was no drinking water in the room, so evem though there was a keurig with coffee fixings, i had no way to make a morning coffee and gad to go downstairs to wither buy water or get a coffee. Then, after showering the smoke detectors went off. The bathroom was all fogged up and it seemed that was why. The front desk called to check and i told them the exhaust wasnt working in the shower. Some time later my partner had a shower and again set the alarm off and the staff knocked on the door to check and i reported the same issue. At check out I explained our problems and the clerk was unconcerned and i felt my concerns were dismissed. I wont be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our only criticism would be that there isn't much to do in the area in the evenings so having a lounge would be a nice touch to have after dinner drinks or enjoy some music.

The room was a tad outdated and so was the premises. The shower was ok, but not great. There was a refrigerator and microwave in room. The room had a slight body odor smell, but faded quickly enough. No convenient smoking section outside except near the main entrance. Right across the St-Jacob's Farmer's Market. Overall ok. 4 of 5 stars.

They assigned me a room with an old fashioned bathroom even though there are ample rooms with nice bathroom. The washroom was originally designed for the physically challenged and it is well suited for one time washroom use. There is no bath tub and when you take shower , the water will be all over the washroom and the second person can not use it dry, I was so surprised why they have to assign me that room even though I used to at property multiple times before

We were terrified to see how dirty were the dining and lounge area. It felt disgusting to sit let alone eat on the chairs or sofas. The breakfast was very poor and only pork and bacon served and nothing else to offer to this who don’t eat either. The room was decent but the air felt suffocating. Even the staff were not wearing good or clean uniforms. I wonder who the manager for this venue is?! Never again will we book at the place!
