A great location on the outskirts of Elora which made it easy to find. Great young man on the front desk was very informative and helpful. The room was extremely clean, large and bright. We were on the second floor and had a large window facing west. Parking was easy in the back lot where the man on the counter had recommended we park at the far end in order to access the entryway there. The stairs were easy to use even though we are seniors. The area felt very safe.

Perfect location if you have a wedding at the MILL. Leave the back parking lot and can walk. Staff great at checking in. Would have liked a pop/snack machine.

Stayed here about 4 years ago and the place was okay then. Clean a little dated look, okay condition and affordable. Now still affordable however that is it. You can tell no updates have happened. Paint is peeling in the bathroom, there is a smell of old smoke in the hallways, the bathroom door did not close and the front staff did not help much. It was indicated that coffee was available in the morning in the front lobby area but never had any available during our stay.

Amazing place to stay!! What it lacks in ambience, it makes up for in functionality, cleanliness and excellent customer service. Wonderful soft sheets and comfy beds. Has a microwave, fridge and free coffee. Fabulous location with a diner next door (great breakfast) or Timmies/McDonalds. Short walking distance to the main area and 2 min drive to the tubing.

The room was very clean. The amenities were very good such as having a larger fridge. The only thing negative is that for Seniors the lack of an elevator, and the stairs are quite dangerous. The staff was very polite.

Very good hotel in walking distance to the Elora Mill and downtown Elora Clean room, comfortable bed. Very dated but good choice for location. Coffee, juice and fruit in the lobby and Tim’s walking distance. Good safe parking.
