Staff were so helpful, all spoke English, and were very welcoming to my young kids. Gave a small kids amenities bag to each child. Very convenient location. Glad we stayed there.

There are thousands of instractions, leaflets, catalogs and informations in the room then I confused. So, I could not recognize how to call for massage service.

Friendly staff and a very nice property, feels welcoming through the lobby and has shopping and cafes at your doorstep. Central too for access to all local attractions.

convenient and comfortable with superb location
Very convenient and comfortable. Superb location next to the Honkawagoe station and mall, food street, walking distance to little edo are, etc. Parking available for 500 yen per 24hrs. Good choice for either a business trip or leisure.

The staff in this hotel are always polite and friendly. They don't become nervous or in a hurry to get you away from check-in area when greeting a foreigner, which is what happens in a lot of other hotels in Japan.

Best hotel in the area
The only thing that could have made the stay better was if the cleaning staff came around earlier and not 4pm in the afternoon.

We ate dinner at the Buffet Restaurant... it was okay but the potatoes weren't cooked enough and quite a few dishes were not kept warm. So, I wasn't really impressed. We ate dinner in the Chinese Restaurant the next night and it was exceptionally good!!!

NO working A/C (as advertised)
The A/C was not working, one explained me that the heating was put in place. It was 25c/77f in the rooms (as the meters in room and in hall indicated). The room window couldn't open, only a very small ventilation outlet. As a result we barely had any sleep and got out of bed extremely early as we had a headache and couldn't sleep.

Great location, nice hotel, staff was nice
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The only thing that I thought was a little inconvenient is that the elevator was far away. I had requested to stay in a room closest to the elevator as I have difficulty walking but there seemed to only be one set of elevators and they were far from the entrance and I had almost the very last room at the end of the hallway. So with my luggage and difficulty walking, that was the only drawback.

Convenient location
It's about a 10-minute walk in between Kawagoe and Kawagoeshi station. Also walking distance from local tourist spots. The hotel decor is a bit old but the condition has been maintained fairly well.

The best location to visit the town
This hotel is ideally located, close to 3 train stations. The rooms are really very spacious, which make them ideal for a long stay, and it is a good deal for this price range. I have stayed in this hotel many times, because I know that the service and quality of the rooms is constant.

Great for business travelers.
Beautiful hotel, more appropriate for business travelers as opposed to families. Prices are a bit high for a small room; however this is typical in Japan. Staff helpful and respectful. Great location: at a train station, near Old Kawagoe town, shopping mall, department stores, Starbucks, McDonalds, etc.

Good location, close to railway station, department store, food shop and historical sites. Room size reasonable. Around 2 x 1.1m wide beds for twin bed room, $500yen for 24 hr. car parking next to hotel.
