The hotel was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Expedia needs to fix their description of certain rooms having a clothes washer/dryer. We booked the room specifically because it said it had a washer/dryer, but it turned out to only be a washing machine with no dryer functionality. So we still had to end up carrying our wet clothes to the public dryer machines on the other floors.

It has all the free amenities you want, including hair dryer and pajamas and slippers. I especially liked the sofa chair and desk. Very conveneitn location near a train station and large shopping mall. I highly reccommend this hotel. Small complaints - free powdered green tea in the room instead of coffee, and the mirrors are hung too low for taller people.

初めて宿泊しました。スタッフの方は外国の方が多いようですが日本語で対応してくれます。 慣れない国の言葉で話すフロントの方に好感が持てました。 翌日の朝食は団体様がいるのでこの時間以降なら空いてるとの案内も良かったです。 部屋は清潔で使い勝手は良かったです。 枕元のUSBは充電に便利です。 大浴場はサウナもありリラックスできます。無料のアイスも湯上がりに楽しめます。 今回感動したのは朝食です。大きな食堂ではありませんが、種類が多くどれも美味しかったです。 サラダのミニトマトはヘタが取られてます。和食のお惣菜は小皿も置いてあり少しずつ取り分けるのに便利です。トレーを置く台もあり助かります。 外国の方向けにパンなどの洋食もありました。 朝から美味しい朝食が食べられるのは良い気分で1日がスタートできて嬉しいです。 また機会があれば宿泊します。

少々残念に思いました。
海外駐在からの一時帰国で１年半ぶり２回目の宿泊になります。前回、施設も新しく清潔感もあり、従業員の接客もよく、良い印象しかなかったので、今回も利用させていただきました。少々辛辣な意見になります。いくつか気になる点がありますが、一番気になったのは３日に一度の清掃です。流行りのSGDｓにちなんでとのこと。ここだけでなく、他のホテルでもあるようですが、理由の付け方も姑息といいますか、好みではありません。結局は経費節減でしょう？私はホテルは毎日掃除してくれるのが一つの好きな点です。３日一度といわれて、スケジュールしてくれといわれても、そんなの知りませんよと言いたくなり、なんだかテンション下がります。大浴場も団体客が多かったこともありますが、営業中はほとんど清掃することもないようで、清潔感がありませんでした。朝９時までというのも、連泊者にとっては早すぎるのに、８時半ころからクローズの看板が出されていました。サウナの座布団タオルは全く変えないので、夜１０時にはびちゃびちゃです。もうおそらく利用しないので、悪いところだけ書くのはどうかと思うところもありつつも、ペンを走らせてしまいました。

全員親切というわけではないが、スタッフの方で親切に色々対応してくれた方がいた。 部屋のエアコンがカビ臭くて酷かった。 新しい施設なので是非清掃もちゃんとして維持して欲しいなと思いました。 あとサウナはあるけど水風呂がありません…
