"Front desk woman who checked us in was great! Friendly and efficient. Saw her Saturday and asked for extra face clothes and coffee and she happily obliged. Saturday night we were awoken by very loud banging on a door near us several times, and someone yelling for “John” to wake up. If the security camera near our door was working, it could be reviewed, we didn’t bother to call the front desk…and it did finally stop. "
