"My family and I checked in @4pm. We were met by Mama T who gave us the 5 cent tour. The house was beautiful and clean and ready for us. Minutes from downtown and the beach, it sits in a prime location. We look forward to returning to Hawaii and hopefully staying here again. Highly recommend 👌"

"Beach Villas at Ko Olina is a beautiful resort set right on the ocean away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. A pathway connects 3 other resorts that run along the coastline and is beautiful peaceful early morning walk. The resort has two pools, including a lap pool, and is well maintained. We would most definitely stay here again."

"My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!"

"We booked our family trip to Ko Olina and stayed at this gem of a place. The property manager Tena made contact with us prior to our trip and was very informative and personable. When we arrived at the airport, we contacted her and arranged to meet her at the property. Once there she gave us a gate FOB then took us to the property and walked us through the lovely comfortable, two-story town home. "The Beach Villas condos are a beautiful property. The units are very well built, with deluxe amenities. This is our second time staying at The Beach Villas. We are impressed with the privacy of the units and there is no noise from neighbors. The units have everything you need from cooking convenience to beach supplies. The pools and hot tubs are well maintained and the lagoon and beach are just steps away. Whether you are booking a family vacation or trip for two, I highly staying here."

"Our penthouse unit was fantastic as were the amenities and property. We were looking for less people and congestion compared to Waikiki and this was it. The on duty staff was awesome and very helpful. Parking for 2 vehicles was included and was great!"

"It's a beautiful 2 bedroom unit on the golf course in Ko Olina. It's a short walk to the restaurants, shops and lagoons. All our communication with Mari was wonderful and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...

"Jacques was amazing and so helpful!! Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful!! The outside of the hotel wasn’t impressive, but the room was really nice and updated. The full kitchen was awesome with so many appliances with the rice cooker and the blender. It was very comfortable and functional. Worked perfectly for me and my kids. "
