We invite you to enjoy coffee on your lanai in the morning, just steps from the ocean waves, while enjoying watching the dolphins and whales play .THERE ARE NO OTHER UNITS IN KONA AS CLOSE TO THE WATER AS THESE! Unwind in the evening while enjoying amazing sunsets. This town home is right on the water so you can enjoy fresh ocean breezes and be lulled to sleep to the sound of the waves.
This unit is very quiet as, unlike a condo, NO ONE IS ABOVE OR BELOW YOU. We are also far from Alii drive with gorgeous garden views from front bedroom and amazing ocean views from rear bedroom. Both bedrooms are upstairs. One full bath on lower level and one upstairs. No ensuite. This is very rare as most second bedrooms are subject to the noise and view of the road. Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community and is adjacent to a RARELY USED BLACK SAND BEACH on one side and a golf course on the other side. Truly an oasis compared to most of the condo complexes in Kona!
We have made certain that there is everything you need for your home away from home. There is high speed, private internet and 3 tv's with spectrum streaming to keep you connected and entertained. New range and dishwasher Jan 2022. New microwave, washer and dryer April 2022. New split AC April 2022, with the ability to control the temperature in each room. This is one of the few units that has new windows, no jalousie, really opening up that ocean view as well as keeping unit quiet.
You are steps away from the large newly renovated pool and tennis /pickle ball courts. Noise is not an issue! Parking is 20 ft from condo. This is one of the few town homes that does not have the parking in front so even second bedroom is quiet.
This town home is truly the place for relaxation and romance!
Please be aware that in the rare event of high surf, storm barriers could be raised at lanai and kitchen window. This would impact the view.

Beautiful, well appointed condo
We were so comfortable in Jim and Cyndie’s townhouse. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were VERY comfortable, air conditioning was great and the views spectacular! The boogies boards, chairs, umbrella and snorkels/masks were a delightful surprise and made our beach-time even more enjoyable. Jim communicated well to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend!

Serene Sunsets & Waves to lull you to sleep
The townhouse is exactly as described in listing. We ate several meals on the lanai, watching the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and there are many thoughtful amenities. We appreciated the electric tea kettle and tea pot! The beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location for getting around the Kona side. Owner very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot to relax and visit the Big Island. This ‘on the ocean’ townhouse has 2 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs and 1 full bath, kitchen dining living area plus outside lanai on the main level. Can hear the ocean at night; see whales during the day.

Amazing location!
My husband, adult daughter, 14 month old grandson and I stayed at this beautiful condo. The location is spectacular. Both the ocean view on the other side of the sea wall, and the proximity to grocery shopping (super KTA), restaurants and activities make this a great home base for exploring the area. The condo is comfortable and well stocked. We cooked most nights in the well appointed kitchen and used the BBQ’s by the pool twice. We loved the walk in shower in the downstairs bathroom. The condo is close to the pool, and there is a lovely black sand beach at the North end of the complex. Check in was easy and communication with the host was prompt. We would stay here again.

This listing exceeds expectations. The ocean is right outside the door and witnessing the marine wildlife was wonderful. Two king beds and two full bathrooms made our stay comfortable. You can't miss with this property.

Perfect Property and Location
Jim was a diligent host and had the perfect set up for our 2 weeks on the island. The kitchen was well-stocked and had new appliances. Tons of items in the closet, from snorkeling to games. The location is perfect for trips from local Kona to snorkeling in Captain Cook and horseback riding in Waimea. The complex is well-kept and full of beautiful plants and birds. A small beach is even within a short walk. We loved evenings at the pool and stunning sunsets with crashing waves from the lanai. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Perfect Condo Homebase for Family
Great location on the coast right in the middle of everything - close enough to Kona to the north to do touristy things (15 mins) and historical spots / coffee farms, etc. to the south and up the hill (15-30 mins). Townhome is nicely decorated and was very comfortable for our family of 4. We did not hear our neighbors - was very quiet. On check in, we walked in to Hawaiian music playing and a few strategic lights on which was very welcoming. Location is waterfront (but not beachfront as this area is covered in lava rocks but beaches are close by), very clean, well-stocked, easy to get to, close to amenities, on lovely grounds, with dedicated parking and a/c. Kitchen had everything we needed including condiments. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai area. And we took advantage of the beach chairs / towels / boogie boards in the "fun closet." The guest book had lots of great suggestions left by prior guests. Grocery, gas, shave ice, sushi, Hawaiian plate lunch, drug store, coffee, etc. is literally right up the hill half a mile or so - very convenient. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Condo was clean and very well equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay including a washer/dryer. Both bedrooms and living room were air conditioned. Location was great and overlooked the ocean and had no road or traffic noise. Owners were excellent in their communication and follow-up. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Great central west coast. Amazing sunsets.
We were looking for a west coast central location for easy access to the north and south attractions. This was close to lots of shopping, snorkeling, tours and the harbor for diving and fishing. Kitchen was well supplied and made cooking our catch of the day easy. Great view from the patio (you are literally next to the water) and a comfortable living room made relaxing outdoors or indoors nice options. Looking forward to staying here on the next visit.

Great Oceanfront Location!
Jim and Cyndie have a great property! We enjoyed our 10-day stay at this updated oceanfront townhouse. 2 king-sized beds, nice furniture inside and on the lanai, and a well-stocked kitchen. The sunsets were great and the hosts kept in touch to ensure we had a good stay. Having a designated parking spot is a plus. Easy access to the tennis and paddleball courts, plus a great pool. We'll be back!

Spectacular views
Every morning when I walked into the upstairs bathroom, my breath was taken away by the view. You are truly on the ocean with beautiful views. You are close to many major roads, but the condo is out of the way and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The owners checked in to make sure we have everything we needed. I would definitely go back there again and recommend it to anyone I know.

We spent a wonderful month at this property - watching whales and dolphins from the lanai, using the amenities and exploring Hawai'i. Property owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive when necessary. Would recommend this for family vacations or two couples.

Wonderful unit. Exciting High Surf
I stayed at Jim Boyer’s unit (2 doors down) a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. Unit 177 didn’t disappoint. The facilities and grounds are well mantained and quiet hours were observed. Jim was very responsive to inquiries and also alerted us to the high surf warnings and the related need for storm barriers. That possibility was listed in the info about the property but it was nice to have a direct message explaining the situation. I hope to be back soon!!

Wonderful Hawaii beach vacation!
This townhome was well appointed with comfy beds and all the beach amenities you will need. The proximity to a small grocery store and drug store was helpful as well. Best of all - the beautiful ocean view right outside the lanai! We watched many sunsets and enjoyed our coffee in the morning overlooking the waves crashing into the volcanic rock in front of the condo. There is a small black sand beach available to residents but really more scenic as the rocks would have made it dicey for swimming. Nice to look at the tide pools there at low tide. Bring good surf shoes! The outdoor pool was well used and we only wish there were more shady areas to sit as the seating got filled rather quickly. Saw a whale once and a dolphins several times off the lanai! All in all a great experience and a beautiful island! Highly recommend!
