All staff are helpful and make teh stay very enjoyable. Sited in Mong Kok makes it an ideal base for a visit to Hongkong with the train (MTR) connected directly to the hotel via the shopping centre. "Room stay was abit small as compared to Macau. Check-in took very long and room was not ready at 3pm, hence gotta came back again in the night to retrieve the keys. The process took long as well for collection of keys. Plus points are just opposite k11, star ferry and avenue of stars. MTR exit k is just behind the hotel but it’s a long walk to the red line. Overall still not too bad"

"Theres an 24/7 7-11 around the corner, along with a supermarket on the next street. Also very close to a metro station (MTR To Kwa Wan) and several bus stops. Including the bus for the airport. Its situated a little further from kowloon centre than I would have liked. But it's still doable by walking, otherwise take the MTR metro. The hotel was very nice. Very clean, modern and comfortable, and a good price. The room had a kettle, TV, fridge and water bottle-which can be filled up on floor...
