Staff went above and beyond. Every detail every question answered. They followed up with us throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning hopefully to that same presidential suite with the balcony. The Bonerowski made us the happiest couple while in Krakow with their sincere hospitality. Everyone there should get a raise. Love it.

Our stay at Portal House Apartments was very pleasant and superbly located. Easy to walk in the Old City and easy to get to trams to explore.
One star docked for such hard beds! Otherwise the included breakfast was lovely and the accommodations charming.

Lovely and clean, our room was cleaned and towels changef every day, unfortunately that wasn't the case for the other room I booked for a family member.
Couldn't fault breakfast, catered for everyone and even cooked items that weren't on the menu.
I would definitely go there again.

"I had a great time running in the mountains and also touring the surrounding area. The dinners were quite excellent and the breakfast buffet was good and had lots of options. I was there alone but would definitely bring my family back."
