La propiedad preciosa muy limpio y todo precioso. Pero tienen un perro que comienza a dar golpes por todos los cuartos desde las 6 de la mañana fastidiando desde temprano, el perro muy grande y agresivo. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Our room at Hotel El Eden was beautiful, clean, luxurious. Each room has its own garage to park your car in that takes you right into your room. Our room had a nice little lounging pool on the private patio. Staff were great and available to provide whatever we needed. At the time of our stay, there was only one staff member who spoke English, but we worked it out. It IS a Spanish-speaking country after all! One downside is that there were some dogs, I assume strays, that were engaging in loud fights a couple different times. We were there only a short time, one night before an early flight, but I would have been happy to be there longer and really enjoy the room and property!

The place is supposed to be discrete, but when we arrived and reached out to the staff from our car, they started to yell my name while looking for my booking. The garage door didn't fully close, and the mattress was bad. Everything was very clean though.

The bed is so terrible there is no comfort at all. I don’t recommend those beds for no one. It was like sleeping in a box and getting out was a struggle. No closets or draws lived out of our suitcases.

It's not a hotel
The place is advertised as a hotel. When we arrived, we realized it was a motel for lovers. It has bunker style rooms with individual garages to put your car. We only stayed half an hour and left because we didn't feel safe. For people in mind to have sex and leave, it may not be bad but I went there with my mother. I think they are not beng truthful in their advertisement.

No Morning Coffee
We called for morning several times and were told we need to wait because of shift change, needed to check to see if they had coffee needless to say we didn’t get coffee several times having to get on the road earlier than expected. We asked for additional pillows they didn’t have any. They changed the room because, supposedly work was going to be done in it, the other room other had only one outlet which was being used for the fridge & microwave.

The place is amazing but they don't have food as option on the room service, staff is ok the service wasn't bad but is not the best either. Very comfortable the place if you are planing to sleep here have in mind that they use gasoline golf cart trough the night which can wake you up.

There was no streamlined checkin process. There was no instructions on check out or wifi. Staff was rude and didn't know english. We had trouble reaching the place, called the property it was ouckedbup once by awomen who sid not know English and she cut the call. All calls made post that went to endless music and wait. After some time they would cut our call. Very bad expertise, El nor return!1

Kind of romantic
Our room had small ants daily, my only other complaint is i couldn't find a way into the office. Its nice to know u can show up anytime of the day or night and someone will be around. We had missed our morning flight and didn't get there until 4am. We found someone within a few minutes who told us what garage to park in. If your looking to stay close to the airport this place is not for you. We drove 45 each way every night, but am ok with that.
