" I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent customer service. "I had a great experience here. They gave me an updated suite with living room, master bathroom. Very clean room. The breakfast is also very good. I booked this hotel because of the location. However, Chongqing North station has two parts. If you need to take the bullet train, you have to take a taxi from the hotel. Be ware of that."

The room was super quiet- never heard a sound from other rooms. The decor, even in the hallways is high end. Elevators so quick- don’t think I ever waited 30 seconds. Convenient in-town location with lots to walk to. TIP: turn right out of hotel, right at next street, half block to great open air market, continue down hill from market for lots of eateries and a large Bravo supermarket. Overall, I was totally pleased with this property!"
