Great house

"The house was great, everything was clean and the beach was really close. The only bad thing was that there was nothing basic like coffee, salt, sugar, detergent, oil, etc (things you always expect to have on vrbo or airbnb and don’t wanna buy if you arrived by plane and go back home the same way)"

Perfectly Located Home with Pool and Spa

Enjoyed our stay

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal at the Sandbar the last night we were there. We liked visuting the various piers and shops around the island. Once again there are different sections you can explore and go to for this. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider going again down the road."

Another Fantastic Florida Family Vacation

"We just spent the last week at "Summer Sunset" on Bradenton Beach and it couldn't have been nicer! The house was perfect for the eleven of us; plenty of room to all gather together at the pool, on the roof, or at the table, but with lots of places where we could find alone time. Steps from the beach which we had to share with almost no-one, with great views of the Gulf and the bay from the roof or from several balconies. The house was well equipped and clean, and each bedroom had its own ensuite bath. Afternoon traffic was busy but we were always promptly allowed to break into it. We didn't mind the road construction by our house as it never impeded with our travels. Our only small issue was the lock on the front door was hard to turn with the key. We look forward to staying there again the next time we have a large group!"

Nicely updated home in a great location.

"My husband and I enjoyed a two-week stay at this home in Longbeach Village. The home was as pictured with everything needed to make our stay hassle free. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet and close to the beach and a small shopping center with several great places to eat. It would have been helpful to have an information sheet with instructions on how to use the TV, days of trash pick up, and local suggestions. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would come back again."

Steps from the beach

"The location of this home couldn’t be any better. It is located on Gulf Drive, so 20 steps to the beach. There is vehicular traffic; however , this is outweighed by the benefits of being so close to the beach and being able to pop over to the house for lunch and not having to pack up all of the beach gear. We stopped at Publix to get essentials for the week. The house was well stocked with kitchen appliances and cookwear."

Do not book with this person

"We did not get the boat we book that is shown above, very small boat with no water, no tender boat as promised to get back and forth to the boat. The owner would not respond in a timely manner, unable to get back to the boat for approximately 5 1/2 hours. Was offered another boat but by then we were done, we waited all day to get our belongings, We parked at the place that was told to us, a place where all the fishermen parked when they were gone for days only to find we had a 75.00 ticket the next morning for parking there overnight. Worst Vacation we have ever had!!!"
