Room was lovely and clean and very quiet considering its location. We had a great time in Birmingham loads going on and the hotel is perfectly located for walking to destinations. Good complimentary breakfast included too and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean, secured access to hotel with room keys to elevators and entrance in, complementary breakfast had a variety of options (just wish tables weren’t so close together so you could move a little more freely when carrying trays to your table), but there is a £15 parking fee.
