Good place to stay and close to many conveniences such as gas stations, Walmart, Waffle House, etc. and just a short drive into downtown Jasper. They had a breakfast area, but we did not eat there.

My favorite part of our stay here was the helpful and caring staff. They went to great lengths to make you happy and welcome. Katie, the evening manager, went way out of her way to help us with our moving problem. She was very resourceful and kind. I always stay here when I am in the area.

The staff at the property was excellent from the front desk to the people that took care of the rooms. We had fresh linen every day. Our trash was emptied. That was excellent. The property is old. It needs help. It’s in such poor shape even the elevator didn’t work one day for sometime it just needs to be updated from the AC system to the carpeting in the hallways. It’s a very poor condition the bathroom tiles, the grout, the caulking toilet leak the whole time not on the floor but internally, and it continually ran the entire time. The place needs a serious overhaul. But again the staff was excellent very helpful. They took very good care of that end of it with what they had to work with.
