Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Bad response

I did not t stay here the host said she had thought she hid room but took my money and didnt give me code the day before i was to be there i was on phone for 5 hours trying to find a place to stay very frustrating no place was available and had to stay at hotel very poor service and responsiveness from host
