First time at this or any Tru by HILTON. Very pleased with the property and the convenient location. I would consider this an economical yet minimalist hotel. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed though not lush which was the price point I was looking for. The free breakfast was more than adequate and tasty, quite a number of options. Coffee available all day. Decent workout area. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely returning on my several trips a year north from south Florida.

Stopped and stayed the night on our way further south. Extremely happy with our choice. Super clean. Clean floor, sheets, bathroom, everything. Love that there are no carpets. Simple and clean. The included breakfast was great. Much better than other hotels. Everything was brought out fresh and well maintained. Great staff. Will definitely stay at Tru Hotels more often. If you enjoy hotels with moldy musty smells and dirty carpets that are 30 years old then don't book here. This place is simple and clean

I gave 2 stars because of the bedding. The partial duvet cover does not stay in place over the comforter and resulted in terrible sleep 3 of 3 nights. The bedding constantly shifting and bunching was very disruptive to constantly fix. Mattress and pillows were fine.

Gone missing!!
The room was good…space around the beds was very tight. Front desk staff was either missing or asleep. The night gentleman was missing and the morning lady was sound asleep. That really doesn’t look good.
