The property was located in a nice townhouse community near I-10, but the area surrounding it was not the best. Very industrial. The property was updated and nice inside. We had issues with the door code, but the owner resolved it without issue. Master bedroom mattress was a bit soft for the guest who slept on it, but the other beds were fine (one was missing a top sheet). We were attending an event at Everbank Stadium and it was conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away.
