We are so glad you enjoyed Amelia. We hate we didn't know the water was still an issue in that one bathroom while you were here. I know we came out to look at it during your stay and it was getting very hot in that guest bathroom but we didn't realize it had given you any more trouble. We will get that taken care of whatever the issue may be! Would love to have you back again!

We have recently replaced towels there, so there are some new fresh towels! We are so glad you had a good experience with our company. We do want to mention however that in our 5 years in business we have never actually charged anyone for checking out past time. We do have that we can charge a guest for this in our rental agreement because if we don't guests unfortunately do not vacate in time and the cleaners do not have enough time, but we haven't ever actually charged someone for it. We apologize if our check out is early, but unfortunately we have to have enough time to get the properties cleaned and all the laundry done in between guests.
