We do provide the amount of TV's in all of our listings as it is a requirement in listing each of our properties. We hate hearing that you had issues with the refrigerator providing cool water, and the balcony not being clean. Our office did call and leave you a message the day after you checked in to ensure everything was working properly within the unit. If we would have known about these two items we would have been happy to send out someone from out team to address the problems. This rental is not advertised to provide spices, so we always encourage our guests to bring their favorite cooking spices with them, but we do apologize for any convenience. The wildlife on the island is very exciting, we are so happy you all experienced it first hand. We also encourage our guests to bring their own beach towels to our properties, the beach towels you all used were probably left by a previous guest but so glad it worked out for you to use them. We are glad you enjoyed the close proximity to the pool, and with that does come the potential of hearing pool activity from others. We are grateful for your business, and we hope we are your first choice when thinking about your next vacation on Amelia Island.

Unfortunately we did have someone checking out the morning of your stay and we needed time to get the property cleaned, inspected, and properly prepped for your arrival! We do apologize for any confusion with the Saturday phones! We had several Saturdays this summer where cleaners called out and we pulled our team out of the office to prep properties to be sure we could get everyone in on time! We were still working and responding to emails, calls, and text but just couldn’t have someone sitting in the office during those busy turnover days when we needed them out on property! We apologize for any inconvenience! We are so glad our maintenance team was able to assist you! We will certainly pass that along!
