New home walking distance to downtown Fernandina!

Fabulous new 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, fully stocked kitchen and a great outdoor patio area with a grill, seating and a picnic table. Our home is just a 15 minute walk to downtown Fernandina Beach, with it's wonderful restaurants, bars, patios, music, shopping and make sure you go one evening to see the amazing sunset at the marina. Mocama Brewery is just a 5 minute walk for a relaxing afternoon drink. The white sand beach is a 8 minute drive for a great day of fun and sun. Want a break from the beach visit historic Fort Clinch either by car or bike or take the free Trolley around town to hear its history.
Everyday offers an opportunity to make fun memories....ENJOY!

Perfect little place!
Had such a great stay here! It was fully stocked which makes a HUGE difference in your stay, we really appreciated that. The backyard is absolutely adorable and only a few blocks from downtown Fernandina. We really couldn’t have asked for more and would 10/10 recommend this property! Thank you so much!

Great affordable place
My sister & I stayed here while visiting our parents, who are in an Assisted Living facility. The house is clean, spacious, and easily accessible for our parents, who use walkers. Loved the kitchen, which was quite well equipped, and large enough for 2 people to work in. We loved the upstairs porch!! Easy and interesting walk into town.

This place was perfect for us. Even though it was not very big, it was incredibly well laid out and beautifully decorated. We had everything we could’ve possibly needed. My cousin even washed a load of clothes! The price was very reasonable and the location was excellent. We had a fantastic time!

We went down to Amelia Island for 5 weeks to get out of the cold in Maryland. It was wonderful and we plan to go back! The house was perfect for us and we could walk to town and most of the restaurants and bars we enjoyed. It was a great location and a quick car ride to anywhere on the island. We loved our stay!

Incredible Amelia Treat
This home is located on a great street in Amelia, close to the Mocama Brewery and lots of restaurants. Check in was a breeze, and the hosts could not have been nicer. We had some specific accommodation requests due to a wedding, and we messaged back and forth to make it work. THANK YOU for sharing our home with us! We hope to be back!

Home away from home
Very comfortable townhouse. Good size sitting room, kitchen and bedrooms. Nicely stocked kitchen. Place is great for a few days or a week away from home. Ideal location. No peach access but it’s only a few minutes away.

New House!
Cozy, nearly new property 4 mins outside of downtown Fernandina. Easy drive to both there and public beaches. Beach access is only 10 mins or less. Great location. Everything was clean and well kept. Just a good spot that we would definitely use again!

Perfect property for a visit to Fernandina. Convenient enough to walk to historic district but outside area enough for quiet time. We were in town for a family event in Yulee but wanted some time to see the area. It was perfect.

New and great location
Since there's no photos of the bedroom on the main floor it was a bit of a surprise the bed is a murphy bed/bed in a box. However, the bed itself was very comfortable. The room doesn't have any windows but it's right off the kitchen and has a small private full bathroom. Space was clean and plenty of seating for our party size. The "driveway" is primarily sand/grass - unpaved. Plenty of parking. Fit 2 cars in the driveway and one on the side of the house. The bathroom upstairs is a jack and jill connecting the 2 bedrooms. Would def stay again - loved the location and neighborhood was quiet.

New, clean, close to downtown Fernandina
We enjoyed our two week stay in Fernandina. We wanted to get the feel of the neighborhood living near downtown and we did. Beautiful oak trees, a mix of old and new homes, friendly people, added to the charm. We walked to downtown a few times about 15 to 20 minutes. Nice restaurants to choose from. Our host was always prompt to respond and our home was well stocked to make meals. All the amenities are provided as stated in the listing plus some. WiFi worked great as well as smart TV’s. I highly recommend the home and would return. Thanks for the great experience.
