Excellent Getaway
Check-in is easy and contactless. Once inside, the condo is spacious and comfortable with warm colors and decor. The condo is very clean and the kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms are spotless and the master bed a dream to sleep in. Great views of the ocean and pier off the balcony with rocking chairs and a table with 4 chairs. Property security is super with keypad door entry and card reader to drive through the gate. We were comfortable and secure during our stay and hope to visit again.

Clean and cozy
Condo building is older and showing its age. Condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note is that you can hear through bathroom wall between the bathrooms very easily. Nice long private fishing pier was being redone when we were there so it was pretty noisy on the beach with pumps and chain saws going, but portion that is done looked really nice and was still open for use. Easy check in with gated parking. Enjoyed our stay and nice home base for visiting St Augustine as well.

Excellent condo at Fernandina beach
Very nice condo with great beach access, easy parking, elevator to 5th floor, private pier, and nice patio. The balcony was spacious with good furniture. The refrigerator ice machine had issues and the oven was a little sub-par, bathroom fixtures a little dated, but overall very clean and we enjoyed it. I had no reason to contact the owner for anything, as her instructions were very clear.

Family Friendly
We had a wonderful trip to Amelia Island and this condo was perfect for our family! It has a beautiful view from the 5th floor and was great for watching the sunrise (since we have little ones who wake early!). Getting down to the beach was easy and the bathrooms by the pool were ideal for restroom breaks with toddlers. We were also so thankful for the first aid kit after our little one fell on the boardwalk and needed some bandaids. The condo was clean and Amy made it easy for checkin and checkout! We can’t wait to return!

Condo on the beach was perfect
Our rental at Amelia by the Sea was even better than we anticipated. The condo had a well stocked kitchen and it was immaculate. There were beach towels, coolers and chairs too. Fabulous beach and fishing pier provided hours of activity. Balcony overlooked the beach and ocean. Can’t wait to come back

Great Location In Warm Weather
The location of the condo is an absolute 10! The views and proximity to the beach are ideal and Amelia Island is a wonderful place to visit. The condo itself is nicely appointed and comfortable beds and furniture. However, be warned, this condo is in northern Florida and the weather is decidedly cooler than further south (Fort Daytona, Lauderdale, or Miami). We went for a family event and were prepared for the cool weather in January, but we were not prepared for how drafty the condo was. We had a couple windy and stormy days (great to watch from the balcony) and the front door and guest room windows let in air (but not moisture) like a sieve. Of course, we turned up the heat, but that only let to the main bedroom (on the ocean side) getting completely overheated whereas the other areas were barely comfortable. So, I definitely recommend visiting this condo when the weather gets warmer. It is unfortunately not a winter residence. Granted, most visitors will probably not experience too many stormy days, even during the winter months. As long it does not get too windy you should be good.

I would definitely stay at this condo again. It was very clean and spacious. The beach view from the balcony was terrific and it was just a few steps to the beach. The condo was centrally located near all the restaurants.

Great vacation in Amelia Island!
This is such a lovely property. It's clean and exactly as described in the listing. The view of the ocean is absolutely incredible; I enjoyed that aspect the most. The private pier is so nice, as is the shared pool. Amy was so great. The coffee maker stopped working during our stay and she dropped off a replacement the same morning! The condo is close to restaurants, historic Fernandina Beach, and Ft. Clinch State Park. We also took at trip to the zoo in Jacksonville, and that was only about 40 mins away. We loved our stay and hope to return,

Perfect Beach vacation
2nd visit to this wonderful condominium right on Fernandina beach. Sunrise, moonrise, beautiful views of ocean right from condo patio. Access to private pier, and uncrowded beach. Clean, quiet, convenient to great food, sightseeing, shopping.

Great beachfront condo
This condo is located right on the beach and Was exactly as stated by the listing and photos on the website. The property manager was extremely helpful throughout the entire process often answering my questions within minutes. This condo was recently renovated and looked well-maintained. There were a few cleaning details they were overlooked but all in all this was a great stay

Excellent - very good location and wonderful views
We stayed for 2 weeks at this lovely condo. Super clean and comfortable. Everything there and super stocked kitchen. Our only complaint was the need for better beach chairs (fine for 2 children-not for adults). We hope to return.

50th Anniversary Get-Away
The fifth floor balcony provided a wonderfully relaxing view of the Atlantic Ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable AND quiet, which we appreciated. It was situated about 40 minutes from JAX airport and allowed for an easy day trip to St Augustine…which we highly recommend. We also enjoyed great food at nearby restaurants in Fernandina Beach and an outing to Fort Clinch State Park.

Wonderful beach condo!
The condo was very clean and well stocked with all the bathroom and kitchen necessities. The view is amazing. Between work on the pier and possibly a remodel going on nearby there was a little construction noise during the day - but nothing overly distracting.

Excellent Stay. Quiet, conveniently located condo with beautiful sunrise view.
Would stay again. My family enjoyed the condo - it was located in a nice area and easy to get to the beach (walk over the boardwalk). The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked with newer cookware and appliances. Owner was extremely responsive via text. The beach was quiet, with a handful of couples or families walking it during the day. Great opportunity to look for shells and shark teeth at low tide. While Amelia by the Sea has it's own pier out over the ocean, it was still undergoing repairs while we were there. When finished, it will be great to walk out on.

We stayed a long weekend. Unfortunately, it rained the first two days, but the wx broke and we got to enjoy the sun rising and time on the beach. It is close to downtown Fernandina Beach and we enjoyed spending time there. The condo was super clean when we arrived and was well furnished. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect Getaway!

Great Location

A great choice!
While the front of the building is not exactly attractive, once you get inside this unit, it doesn't matter a bit. It's clean, lovely, and the views/ocean breezes are amazing. Loved how easy it was to get to the beach, and the refreshing pool was a nice option to have.
