Luxurious Newly Renovated Amelia Island Plantation 4 Bed 4 Bath Oceanfront Villa

Available for monthly rental, this is a gorgeous high-end fully renovated 4 bedroom 4 bath villa in the luxurious Dunes Club Villas. Located on the 5th floor, there are 3,200 sq feet of high- ceiling interior space and 4 terraces with an additional 900 sq feet to enjoy the spectacular views. Every room in the villa has views of either the ocean or the tree line above the marsh to enjoy sunrise and sunset each day.

The kitchen, dining, living areas are open and large to allow for family time and entertaining year round. The gourmet kitchen has just been full renovated and is top of the line, fully stocked and with ample room for storage. The four bedrooms are all large with plenty of space for sitting and working and each has their own newly renovated bathroom with shower/bath. Furniture and bedding throughout the entire condo is new.

The Dunes Club Villas all have access to pool, 2 tennis courts, and all that Amelia Island Plantation has to offer. Amelia Island Plantation is famous for spectacular beaches (just steps away from your villa), tennis, world-renowned golf, bicycle tours, bird watching, spa, fitness, boardwalk shopping, and nature tours. The environment is wonderful for children with camps, fishing, tennis, biking, bonfires on the beach, poolside and beach activities and more. BUILDING REQUIRES MONTHLY RENTALS ONLY - no weekly rentals permitted.

Perfect for Extended Family
We are repeat guests at this large luxurious yet comfortable condo. It easily accommodated my husband and I and my daughter and son in law and their two young daughters. The children enjoyed the beach and the heated pool. We will be back next year!

It was better than I imagined. Everything about the unit, building and location was superb. We had no issues and the property manager was terrific. AMAZING!! Dan, Kristin and Michelle were so wonderful to work with. If we had a question, they responded quickly. Checkin was so easy.
