Quiet, clean, lovely shade on the lanai, and an ocean view. We enjoyed ourselves. The hosts left us a nice bottle of wine to enjoy.

Great Property! Beautiful beach!
I brought my daughter, her friend and another adult for a long weekend for Spring Break. The property is well appointed, comfortable and really clean! We had everything we needed in the kitchen! The beach access is so easy and close. Also, the location had great proximity to restaurants and shopping! I will definitely plan to rent again!

Great place for family
I stayed in this condo for a week with my husband, our 1 year old daughter, and my parents. It was a great size... each bedroom has its own bathroom! The condo looks recently renovated and is clean. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. I liked that the balcony was on the side of the building as it allowed us to have an ocean view but also shade when we wanted it. The host was wonderful... communication with her was easy. We rented baby equipment and the host coordinated with the the provider to allow her to setup the baby stuff before we even got there. It was a great place to stay!

Great condo for any trip!
Wonderful property…clean, bright and well decorated! Great supply of starter paper products, towels, coffee pods, creamer, and sweetener. Even a nice bottle of wine as a welcome. We are 50+ year visitors to Fernandina and came for Dickens on Centre for the first time. It was a wonderful event! Ketch Courtyard is a very convenient property to everything in Fernandina and Amelia Island. I would highly recommend staying here.

Couldn’t have asked for a better condo for our weekend away! The owners put a lot of thought into their offerings and we greatly enjoyed the complimentary wine on arrival. The layout of the bedrooms wa perfect for our group of adults and we enjoyed the large living space to hang out in.

The condo was amazingly clean and spacious. Well decorated with plenty of towels. It a very short walk to the beach. Great restaurant across the road. We all had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent it again.

Great spot for vacation. Beach access is amazing and easy to get to and wash off before going inside. Air conditioning and sliding doors worked great as it was hot it. Place is beautiful but the beds were not great. Also the furniture was lacking, 1 couch and 2 deco chairs otherwise everyone had to sit at the table. The view from balcony was nice but the table was too large for the space. Really great for 6 people tops.

Sometimes pictures can be deceiving but this place was just as pictured! Quaint, cozy, and welcoming. Our stay was short but it was truly great. In a nice location, beach access was convenient, checking in and out was simple, the condo was equipped with everything needed for our little get away. The host answered my questions very promptly. Couldn’t have asked for better!

We, our daughter, her beau, and a precious friend were here for the Amelia Island Concours d'Excellence. The location was perfect, the beach is lovely, the restaurant across the street was just right, we won our class, and altogether it was a perfect weekend! The condo was just right! Jenni was an excellent hostess, very attentive, though we didn't test her -- there were no problems.

Perfect for our girls get away
The location is great. The beds are comfortable and all bedrooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and parking is convenient. Check in and out was easy and communication was prompt. Thanks for sharing your lovely space!!

Very clean and good location
The property was really nice, clean, and just as pictured. The overall property managers of all the units keep the pool and outside hallways super clean. No sand anywhere!! How is that possible at the beach?? We did have an issue with the AC one afternoon where it wouldn’t turn on. We called Jenny and she responded right away had the repair guy out within an hour. It was a clogged drain in the unit. The only downside was the seating in the living area. It looks super cute, but there’s just not enough comfortable seating for movie night or just hanging out together for 4 or more people. There is only seating for 5 and the chairs are not very comfortable. I thought about taking off a star for that, but everything else was just so nice that I can’t. I would stay here again!

The location and amenities were all great! I loved it!! Thank you so much for fantastic property that was clean, very well stocked, and great location. It’s right on the beach and it was perfect. Definitely will stay there again for the annual brothers birthday weekend.
