We offer a unique stay in a natural setting under a majestic tree canopy and are a two minute walk to the beach. Our 1 bedroom suite has a kitchenette, separate bedroom, hide a bed couch in the living room, smart TV equipped with apps for a wide variety of shows, and high speed internet. Kitchenettes include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cook top, dishes and utensils. Enjoy large front decks in a beautiful natural setting.

Great Little Place Close To The Beach.
This is a great little place close to the beach. You could walk it in 3 or 4 minutes or drive to the beach parking at the end of the street. I was on crutches and it was easy to maneuver around and get in and out of the house. Convenient 5 minute drive to downtown and restaurants

Nice location
The location was great. Parking is limited. Had to deduct a star over cleanliness. Floor was dirty, cobweb and spider in bedroom and a big hair on the towel in the bathroom. Outside of that the compound was super cute and well maintained and the house was sufficient for what we needed.

Wedding week stay
My fiancée and I stayed at the sea cottages the week leading up to our wedding. We had a great time! It was a fantastic location being in close proximity to the beach and to downtown Fernandina. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Amelia Island!

Place was nice, convenient to ocean. Couldnt get any local chsnnels on tv and the ac unit in living room wouldnt put out any heat but the bedroom unit did.

Perfect location and super friendly hosts
I rented a beach house and I needed a place to stay to drive in and this was absolutely amazing. I would actually rent this instead of a Beach House next time. Super clean, easy to get to, and literally half a block from a bunch of really good places to eat, including sliders!!! Going to be a great day on the beach with friends

Would recommend!
Great place for couples and pet friendly. Even though our room was non-smoking, it smelled like smoke and our clothing reeked once we got home. We were only there 2 nights and gone most of the daytime, so nothing worth complaining about on our end. We loved being within walking distance of the beach and a short uber to downtown. We would stay here again.

Cute but needs some attention
The property has multiple cabins on it. It’s a few blocks from the beach. This may just be the one we stayed in but it seems to have a mildew issue. The floors needed to be cleaned better had a waxy type layer and ants. I think with some better cleaning and maintenance these cabins would be good. We were staying over a weekend and they had them priced well compared to other properties.

Private and quiet, yet close to attractions. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Some walkable food options but many others a short drive away. The accommodations were perfect for a quick trip.

Great for a short beach vacation
Nice place, accurately listed. About a 5 min walk to the beach and within walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Loved that we were able to bring our dog and everyone was very welcoming. There was a bit of a humidity problem inside which made the floor and sheets feel sticky/wet but it’s hard to not have that at the beach. Overall a decent place to stay for a short beach vacation!

The pull out couch bed
The couch pull out bed was the only complaint we had. It was uncomfortable really thin felt every coil in mattress. Could not be used as a bed just as a couch. Fortunately we had read previous reviews and taken an inflatable mattress. But it really needs to be replace or not advertised as a "bed"

This place has a really great location, but the small humidifier was struggling and the place was very damp overall. There were also small things that could be replaced (like shower curtain liner) to make it feel more clean.

Basically outfitted with needed items. Could definitely been cleaner. Window blinds are so filthy you do not want to touch them. Bathroom floor clearly not washed. Coffee pot was left with wet, used grounds in it. I did not realize there was no stove. A/C nice and cold. Hot shower. Adequate towels and linen. Excellent location. Walk to restaurants on the water, beach. Short drive to other attractions in the area.
