This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom at 1309 Shipwatch Villa is located on the 3rd floor and offers everything you could dream of for the perfect beachside escape. Walking in the front door, the magnificent view of Amelia Island's sandy shore and grassy dunes will immediately take your breath away. The living area provides ample seating for six with a cream-colored sofa and love seat finished off with a coastal colored accent chair. Relax and enjoy a good book, a family game night, or your favorite television show in this cozy space.

The kitchen is fully stocked with crisp white countertops, cream colored cabinetry, and fresh white appliances. Prepare a delicious dinner for the whole family while enjoying the picturesque view from this spacious kitchen.

Just off the kitchen sits the dining room with a lovely glass top table seating six with additional seating for two at the bar. The sliding glass doors complete with custom plantation shutters will take you to the expansive balcony where you can enjoy a refreshing glass of wine or dinner alfresco while listening to the waves crashing along the Florida coastline.

Walking down the hall past the laundry area and moving into the master suite you will find a king size bed centered between two nightstands, a matching dresser, a desk for those that may need a workspace away from home, and flat screen smart television and DVD player. The en suite bathroom includes a nicely updated shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors and granite countertops as well as a separate vanity space and walk in closet.

The guest room features two queen sized beds finished off with elegant seafoam colored bedding, a flatscreen television, a DVD player, and a matching nightstand and dresser. The adjacent guest bathroom is finished off with a shower/tub combo with a glass door, granite countertops, and a separate vanity area.

The space this condo offers is truly unparalleled by any on the island. It is one of the largest 2 bedrooms you can find! The gorgeous luxury vinyl plank featured throughout this entire property makes it ideal for bringing your furry friend.

The sizable Shipwatch pool is conveniently located in between the beach and the condominium, perfect for a relaxing dip on your way back in from a day at the beach. This community also offers a common grilling area with tons of picnic tables as well as a dining area by the pool.

While staying in this luxury villa you can stroll through the plantation shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, visit the miniature golf course just down the road, or enjoy a game of golf on one of Amelia Island Plantation's famous luxury golf courses! The Plantation has more than just an array of amenities, it is its own small community within the most beautiful and secluded region on the entire island. The plantation encompasses the southern tip of the island and offers 24-hour security with private gate access only. This is truly a paradise within a paradise!

Lovely stay with the pups
The Mrs. and I needed a relaxing stay on the beach and this place hit all the marks. Location was fantastic and condo was charming, clean and had great views of the morning sunrise over the ocean. Easy checkin and property management was fantastic and worked with having our pups with us. We’ll definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed staying at these villas and would recommend the same for families traveling with pets. Having stayed at the resort previously, it was very convenient to still be on the Omni property and drive around the local neighborhood on golf carts. The walks to the beach were very refreshing to catch sunrise. The vibe is very safe and peaceful.

Perfect Getaway
Our recent stay on Amelia Island delivered in every way! The pictures were exactly what we walked into. The condo was up to date, beautifully furnished, clean and quiet!! There was every amenity at your fingertips. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our very private balcony coming up out of the ocean each morning. The pool was a one-minute stroll from our unit and was stunning. We found all types of restaurants nearby, a wonderful supermarket and many other activities if you were feeling more energetic than we were, i.e., bike riding, kayaks. It really was the perfect escape for our 5 days there. (And we also were fortunate to have gorgeous weather for the beginning of February👌) Would highly recommend!!

Very Clean property. Great View! Nice location
Overall we had a wonderful experience at this property. Hurricane Nicole decided to interrupt our vacation the last several days but overall we had a nice time at this property. The property is located in the heart of the Omni plantation. Access to several restaurants on site is easily available and could be walked which we did on two occasions. The property has excellent space and plenty of room for two couples. In our case it was just one couple but this property easily handle two couples. If you are interested in enjoying some of the historic downtown Fernandina beach restaurants and shops, expect about 20 minutes drive time. This property had everything we needed for our stay. One thing to note is that the elevator takes you almost all the way up to the property however, you will need to negotiate about 7-8 stairs before reaching this entry. The property is not on the top floor so there was a bit of noise from folks above us and a little bit from the folks beside us however, it was not obnoxious and it was only during certain times of the day that we could hear them. The only other suggestion we would consider adding would be two lounge chairs on the balcony. There are two tables (high and low) which are great for enjoying coffee or tea in the morning but they are not the best for reading or just relaxing with your feet up! I would consider replacing one table with 2 cushioned lounge chairs. My wife appreciated the 2 coffee makers but I would also have liked an electric tea kettle since I am not a coffee guy. I boiled my water in a pan so no big deal but I do like the electric kettles! Overall 5 stars. Would definitely return here and recommend to others.

This was a very nice place to stay. Everything was provided that you could possible need. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs who were well behaved. The pool, landscaping and ocean walkway were excellent. Management kept in touch! Lots of good restaurnats in the area. I would recommend BarZen.

Perfect for family vacation!
This was perfect for our family of 5. Much larger than we expected, beautiful view, fully loaded kitchen, some beach toys, beautiful view! Lots of little restaurants on the location, easy but somewhat long walk if you don’t get around easy. We rented chairs, totally worth it. Pool was great too! Lastly, the communication was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful view from the balcony and a short walk to the pool and beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything needed to prepare great meals. The app gave us great recommendations for restaurants, golf, beach chair rental, and fishing charters. Communication with the property managers was easy and thorough. Great pet friendly condo!
The condo was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The elevator was very nice and worked well. The building is pet friendly and we enjoyed having our pups with us. There were a number of bag stations for bags and waste disposal. Parking was easy and even over the weekend of the GA and FL game in Jacksonville., there were plenty of spaces. We would definitely book again! We enjoyed the beach and it was not crowded at all. On Monday, we were the only people on the beach in either direction. Our visit was in late October so I guess it would be more crowded in the summer. The pool was beautiful with plenty of seating and I believe it was heated because it was warmer than expected. The pool was cleaned daily and the landscaping of the property was beautiful and well maintained.

What a wonderful week on Amelia Island and at the Omni Resort! The condo was very spacious, homey and well stocked with everything we needed for an awesome week! We appreciated the attention to detail and little extras that made our stay so convenient and carefree! The pool area was fabulous and we spent most of our time there. The walk to the beach is lengthy if carting chairs etc. Loved the balcony and ocean views! Such gorgeous grounds surrounding the building. We loved walking our dog every evening. Would definitely recommend to others.

Magical Week
My Mom has been battling Cancer and she loves the beach. I wanted to give her the best vacation I could. We loved this property so much that I cried when I got home. Everything was decorated beautifully and it was super clean. It is gated and safe. The beach was secluded and we could easily social distance. There was a stocked pantry. Everything about this condo made it feel like home. Our favourite feature was the balcony. Being able to see the ocean was a must. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was huge and a dream to cook in. My son enjoyed sleeping on the air mattress provided. We made a lot of memories and can't wait to come back. The walk to the beach was the only downside, given my mom is disabled however she managed and it was good excercise.
