We agree, this unit being located on the first floor provides such a ease while getting to and from the beach/pool and pier. The overall central location of this unit as well makes getting to everywhere on the island very easy. Hi Kelly! We are so sorry for any issues you experienced with check in. The HOA is in charge of the gate system, so it doesn't give us much option for how to get the keycards to guests. Guests at one time picked them up at our office, but we felt it was more convenient for guest to be able to go straight to the property and walk through the gate to get them. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do charge a one time $55 fee for early checks ins (it is not $55/hour) that we outline in the rental agreement prior to ever charging a guest's card. We unfortunately can not accommodate all early check ins free of charge as we use vacancy in the properties as time to handle maintenance issues, run preventative maintenance, and handle all aspects of property care that ensure the property is in good working condition when our guests arrive. For early check ins, we often have to reschedule all of those events to accommodate so it does have an associated fee. We were disappointed to see your review though because we tried to be helpful and let your group in an hour early free of charge. It is always disheartening to us when guests choose to review on things we never promised or guaranteed such as free early check ins. While we wish we could allow all special requests, it is just not always possible. We will certainly pass on your feedback about the carpet and mattress and apologize for any issue there. We have checked the kitchen light, but all appears to be working normally. We do thank you for your feedback. Hi Barbara! Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We call all of our guests the Monday after check in to see how their stay is going. We wish we had known then so that we could fix these issues for you. We are so sorry for the inconveneince. We do guarantee our cleaning and are always happy to come out and resolve any issue to make you more comfortable. Our filters are on a monthly rotation this time of year! Glad you guys enjoyed the property and it's proximity to the pool. That's our favorite thing about this condo! It's so nice to just walk right out the door to the pool. We hope you will come back and visit us again!

We have keyless entry on all of our properties and for this particular property we leave the gate cards right inside the unit so guests can go straight to the property! We are wondering if maybe accidentally you mixed us up with a different company as we have been doing it this way since we began managing this property. Hi Danielle, We are so disappointed to see a 2 star review. We have not had anyone who has stayed in this property dislike it. It is right by the pool but most of our guests feel that is a major plus. We do try to advertise that in the description as well as the pictures so guests know before booking. We are so sorry there were noisy people above you. Sometimes that does happen in condo buildings but we certainly understand the frustration there. We know some properties aren't for everyone, but we have had such wonderful feedback from this one, we are surprised to see this. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
