Winter getaway
The unit is just beautiful, and the view outstanding! Our weather was not the best, but the interior was so comfortable that we were still able to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. I’d recommend this unit wholeheartedly!

Amazing Mother/Daughter weekend!
Your Comments We had the best time! It was a mom and daughter girls’ weekend. We loved the condo. Everything was perfect. Our views from our balcony were outstanding! We watched the sunrise, saw dolphins and found some shark’s teeth. We had quality time together in a beautiful setting! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

A gem in Amelia Island
Before you walk through the door to this condo, you see the amazing views that await you. Because it's an end unit, you have the benefit of more windows/natural light inside plus a balcony that only has one wall versus the typical. It's a beautiful view and well-appointed updated unit. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beach chairs and such that were included. The master bath is tight and less than ideal, but that's really the only suggested improvement I'd have. An excellent spot!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable and has everything we needed. The only thing that we felt like it needs is a curtain or shade on patio window and door. It gets very bright in the morning in condo!! The view is awesome…

A Picturesque Break
We enjoyed our stay at this fourth floor unit. It had an awesome ocean view and a large balcony perfect for viewing, reading, or just lounging! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and functional. The climate control stopped working after a storm on our last night, saved somewhat by the fans. Overall it was a restful, very nice experience.

Great renovation! Very nice unit.
Only one thing I would recommend. Get new high quality sheets for the master bedroom. These were old and had a scratchy feel. Over all it is a very nice unit. End unit that has so much more light. The owners really did a great job with their renovations and we would certainly rent it again. Mock, the on island agency that represents this unit is very responsive and friendly!!

Clean with great views
This condo was clean, with great views and easy access to the pool and beach. There were carts to help with luggage and elevators to get up to the 4th floor. The unit is an end unit, which made it quiet. They have done a lot of work on the building in the past few years and the unit has been nicely remodeled. There are limited toiletries so bring what you need (tissues, toiletries, extra toilet paper- one in each bathroom provided, any cleaning supplies, paper towel- one provided). Beach chairs (4), beach towels (4), small styrofoam cooler, beach ball provided. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable, and some games were provided. Great composite table with 4 chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs on the balcony. Management company was responsive when we had parking questions. Overall great stay, we would come back!

Great view!!!!!
Clean and well stocked condo. Great view of the Beach and Ocean due to size of balcony and corner location. Pictures need to be updated. Main reason we picked this condo was the view and furniture on the balcony to lounge and relax. Current balcony pictures are out of date as that furniture is no longer there with the ottomans to kick back and relax with the view. Now just currently a table with bar height chairs and one Adirondack Chair.

This unit was clean, well stocked, comfy beds, and the best view ever! Having a corner unit allowed us to have an open beautiful view of the ocean! Everything was great! Only complaint I have is that there were no curtains or blinds for the sliding glass door. But otherwise it was a great stay!

Endless View is a perfect description of this condo. It met our expectations based upon its listing. It’s a well maintained, appointed and supplied condo. It was a lovely restful getaway. The beach is awesome and the morning sunrise from the balcony is spectacular. We would return here, and we’ll happily recommend it to others.

We would return., The condo itself was excellent In all respects. . Recommendation: A shaded curtain should be installed between the outside balcony and living room wall. The building itself is not, generally, well maintained! Common areas need refurbishing.. Very convenient location. . Given the cost to rent, additional paper products should be included. Thank you for the opportunity to evaluate our stay.

Very pleased. Only comment is the king size bed had a ridge down the middle and one of beds in other room also needs replaced. You felt like you rolled into a hole. View of ocean was awesome.

Perfect quiet getaway
We had such an amazing week at this condo. The view from the balcony & master bedroom was beautiful, especially the sunrise overlooking the ocean. The beaches were never crowded. The condo supplied everything you would need including 4 beach chairs that we used daily which was extremely convenient. Cannot say enough great things about this rental. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent Stay
The condo was as described and in photos. Very clean and comfortable. One of the best equiped condos I've stayed in and that is a LOT. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was all good quality and newer. The corner unit made the fabulous view even better. I wish the chairs at the pool were cleaner and the outside common areas of the building needed a good pressure wash. The location is perfect for convenience to everything north and south on the island.

Great location on the beach. Getting to the beach however was not easy with only 1 keycard with 3 adults all on different schedules. Needed the card for both in and out of the gate. Requested another card but management never responded to my email

Absolutely perfect and immaculate!
We have stayed at several dozen rental properties over the last few years but this one was by far our favorite. The layout was great for a small family (2 adults 2 kids), the view cannot be beat, the beds were ALL super comfortable (and we tried them all while putting kids to bed) and the kitchen was very well appointed and thought out. On top of that, it was immaculately clean! It felt exactly like we would want our own beach condo to be. I would recommend this place to anyone that just needs 2 rooms and I plan to stay here again in the future when it’s available.

Our stay at this property was delightful. The view of the beach is amazing. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Close to bike trails and not to far from historic Fernandina, the property is well located. The mater bed is very comfortable and there are beach chairs and towels. All of the amenities are first class.

Paradise!
Beautiful condo with wonderful views, steps away from the beach. The only thing I would add is some blinds or curtains on the windows of the living room. But we really loved everything about this place!

We had a wonderful vacation. This is the third rental at Amelia South and this condo was by far the nicest one. The view was great and the condo was beautiful. The only suggestion we have is to provide 2 gate cards since people are on different schedules.

Great property for a large group like our family of 12. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Nice clean property. Wonderful dock to swim and store three boats and a jet ski. Would definitely rent again.

This unit has everything you need for a family at the beach, down to night lights in the bathrooms and extra beach towels, chairs and boogie boards. It is very clean and beautifully updated. We had gorgeous views of the sunrise. They need to put curtains over the windows behind the couch so you can better see the TV during the day. Also, the chairs they mention that are included are NOT the blue chairs and umbrella in the pictures on the beach. They are beach chairs in a closet. It's super nice they have them but I thought they'd be the chairs and umbrella on the actual beach in the pictures. We'd love to come back to this same unit though! We had an amazing time! It was super easy to get to the beach and pool as well!

Well needed break!
This place is awesome! We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The view is beautiful, the place is very clean, decorated perfect, had everything we needed and on top of all that it is a great location convenient to shopping and restaurants. Beds were so comfortable we actually took a picture of the tags. We will be back for sure.
