They need to have the shows inside the hotel instead of having them on the hotel nearby because it is a little inconvenience and hard some times because of the heat conditions In general the staff is friendly and helpful except with some few people

The room had a very nice layout with a Jacuzzi tub in the center. The beaches were beautiful and clean and the infinity pool was fabulous. Our maid Vero was very pleasant and always made nice towel animals for our daughter. I would recommend this property to anyone and we may stay here again.

overall just what I expected and that was very good! This is the 4th time we spent time at the Azul Grand. We like having the upscale service and dining options that the Grand offers, while still having the access to pool, food, drinks, and beach of the regular Azul next door.

This was my second time at AZUL. The buffet food is excellent. The a la carte could improve their menu. I would recommend this resort to families due to the selection of swimming pools. Adults, kids, and the general pool are all fantastic.
