We had an executive suite overlooking the Bosphorus. The suite was gorgeous and the view stunning. The hotel looks like a museum. The service is wonderful and friendly. Restaurants superficially high end but not really that good. It is a bit off the beaten track but a ten dollar taxi fare from most places you might like to visit.

It was such a fantastic experience, leaving a lasting impression. Everyone was very friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Amazing staff - We had a medical emergency Mesut and his team took super well care of us we came to Hospital in no time and after when we came back they took supercwell care of us. Also the Breakfast was amazing. Were definitely coming back here.

Amazing property. I have been staying at the Kempinski Istanbul for years. And it’s always consistent with the service and very welcoming staff. Also they renovated the hotel and it’s better than ever.

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, with the perfect location. Our room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the palace with sunset view. The bed was truly comfortable and the amenities are really good. We tried two restaurants, the food was fabulous and the breakfast could not be better. Delicious with great variety. All areas are very beautiful, the swimming pool is good with a fantastic view over the river. Staff is attentive. We totally recommend this hotel and will definitely go back.

Hard to achieve this level of service

This hotel offers top quality, each individual strives for perfection, goes the extra step to make the visitors most comfortable. The rooms and service is impeccable. They treat all customers with the same respect and patience, even the ones who are somewhat spoiled and disrespectful. I was truly impressed. I used the pool two times and the views and the atmosphere is spectacular. The views from my room were stunning. I had dinner at the Bosphorus Grill and that proved to be on par with any great restaurant in the world plus the incredible location!!! Special thanks to our service staff Giray and Baran!

My Review.

It is not necessary for the front desk representative to claim that they are “upgrading” us at the check in and then assign you a room on one of the lower levels next to rooms going through remodeling with the crew working all day. Unfortunately, this is becoming a common occurrence when hotels see the reservation through a “third party.”
