"Our room was modern with a lovely bathroom, large and comfortable bed, and large windows that allowed the fresh air and sunlight come in. The staff are particularly warm, professional, and deliver excellent service. The hotel is on a small cobble stone street, about a 15 minute walk to the main tourist sites, and there are several cafes nearby. The welcome beverage and cold towel service was a very nice touch! The restaurant is a disappointment, which is very unfortunate. It lacks personality....

"We arrived late and went to the room. The only room available was a two bedroom room that stank and was the worst looking room I have even seen.there was no hot water in bathroom and no kitchen oven or washing machine and no Clothes locker .We can't sleep and in the morning time I cancelled my reservation even it's Not refundable which means I lost two night for nothing but I can't stay anymore in such fake hotel .I cant believe this place is still in business. I cant believe your websites do...

"Ideally situated in Sultanahmet. Our superior double room wasn’t superior. The drapes over the bed shown in photos were non existent as was the rug shown. We walked barefoot over lifting laminate floor with rough edges. The best part of our stay was the bathroom which had been refurbished and couldn’t be faulted. The rest of the hotel was tired and dated and in need for refurbishment.The advertised restaurant was closed except for breakfast. The breakfast was mediocre and limited. The coffee...
