"I, James, vouch for this hotel. This is the best hotel I have ever been to in the world. Let me elaborate – I have been all around the world and stay in 5-star hotels all the time. Yet this hotel is the best one I have ever been too. Yes the location is great, the breakfast was good, the room was awesome. The competitive advantage and key differentiator for me, was the customer service and support. I am talking about 100 out of ten stars. They always went the extra mile. They answered all of my inquiries about local areas, and gave me personal – I mean personal recommendations because they leveraged their personal network to help me. For instance, I was deftly afraid that I was going to get scammed, but they got me a taxi driver of whom they trusted and everything went so smoothly. Another instance: at the airport I got a little confused because of the updated policy. I reached out to them for assistance and they went above and beyond and contacted someone at the airport to help me personally. Another instance: When I went up to the terrace to simply enjoy the view, Mr. Huseyin was kind enough to bring me some Turkish tea to enjoy. After I checked out, and even after I stayed for only 4 nights, I genuinely felt like I was departing from friends who took such good care of me. A few days after I checked out and was at a different location, I wanted a Turkish local to verify something. The staff at this people helped me - even though I was no longer a guest! Thanks to the staff!"

"The property is clean and safe. It is charming with traditional decor. The breakfast was wonderful. 24 hours coffee and tea were available. The staff were extremely helpful. They kept our luggage’s in the hotel for 10 days white we travelled to the south even though we were not returning to this hotel after our vacation. The area is so close to all the historical sites and Grand Bazar. I strongly recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel, pretty and charismatic. FANTASTIC service as arrived early from flight and room was available straight away, made such a difference. And room was pretty and bed super comfortable. Breakfast on the roof was basic (and starts weirdly late!) but the view was spectacular, so all forgiven. Small problem with taps in room meant water kept dripping and toilet kept flushing but managed to fix it. And room was onto the main road which was noisy sporadically until about 2am which, if I wasn't exhausted, would have kept me up! So pick your room carefully if you're a light sleeper. "

"I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. The room was small, but it was well appointed. The location is within walking distance to everything I wanted to see, but the streets around it are very narrow and heavily trafficked, but I suppose that is to be expected in Old Town."
