Do not book this hotel unless you have a newborn or children under 3. This hotel literally caters strictly to children. They have children shows every night, people are having their children outside of the nightclub, mind you, they night club open at 11pm … ok . Next, the nightclub is closed on sundays, apparently Sundays at a resort is the same as Sunday at home. Just boring. The food is disgusting, they bring the same food out day after day if it isn’t finished. The waiters cater best to one race, if you catch my drift & treat everyone else like they don’t understand what’s we’re saying or what’s going on. There is no music playing in the respect throughout the days, it’s very quiet and children are just everywhere. BOOK IN CANCÚN NOT COSTA MUJERES. THERE IS NOTHING TO DO OVER HERE AND NO GOOD FOOD. WASTE OF MONEY. Idc if you been here last year or 2 years ago, because so have i . This is absolutely not the same hotel and it isn’t fun if you’re over 18. Good night & Good Day!

Very family friendly for all ages. We loved the beach, activities, shows and the dance parties that the whole family could participate in. The water park and 24 hour sports bar were great touches. The only thing that my kids wanted that wasn’t available, was a path through the jungle :) Overall 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and there were lots of activities for both kids and adults. The pools and beach were beautiful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. A special thank you to the bartender, Miguel. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the best drinks during our stay. We highly recommend trying the “Miguel Special”—it was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our trip! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the hotel. We truly enjoyed the beautiful facilities, the location, the food, and the atmosphere. It is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a vacation. I would especially like to recognize several members of the staff who were very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Their service really made a difference in our stay. However, I would also like to mention one area for improvement. We noticed that some members of the staff often appeared to be upset or in a bad mood, and at times their attitude felt a little distant. I completely understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but in a hotel where the guest experience is so important, a friendly attitude and a smile can make a big difference. Despite this, our overall experience was very positive, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because with a few small improvements in customer service, the hotel could provide an even better experience for its guests.
