We were bummed out the hot tub was not working, and were not notified at check in or ahead of time. Beds were comfortable, nice and quiet even during a busy weekend.

They cancelled our hotel room 2 hours prior to check-in stating the hotel had been overbooked. This was with calling and confirming our room five days earlier. Refused to help in finding another hotel and didn’t offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience we had scrambling to find another hotel room during NASCAR weekend. Ended up having to pay more for one of the last rooms in the area. Won’t be making reservations here again.

The room was fine the beds were great the only 2 negatives are / we booked a room with a sofa bed and that we did not have and there was no shampoo - other than that it was good
